Came here through the drive-thru andwas met with an unenthusiastic younglady taking my order, she proceeds to tellme to pull around and wait. She told me the wait in the parking lot. would be 10 minutes I waited 45 minutes with no service before I got fed up and drove up to the window where they all proceeded to ignore me for another 10 minutes.This was AFTER taking my money from me and not giving a receipt. Children running around all wild in the lobby while the workers pretend to clean nothing and ignore their customers they steal from. Reaching out to popeyes customer service hardly helped too.Overall Terrible experience. Give me my money back. Thieves.

This Popeyes is by far the worst. I live down the street. Took me and my children to dine in just so they can say you have to go through the drive-thru. So if you don't have a car you cannot eat at Popeyes at this location. The staff started laughing and said "wow he don't like that". Terrible and unprofessional young black ladies need some customer Etiques...

I literally get the worse service here at this location. The employees are ghetto (I hate to say this but they are) they do not have good customer service and the managers that I’ve come across don’t make it any better. I work in the restaurant industry myself and I would never treat customers the way that they do here. This entire location needs to be revised!

This place is a f...n joke!!I sat after ordering just a sandwich and a LG Mashed potatoes. They asked me to park which was not possible due to vehicles behind me. I was finally able to move forward enough for the next 15 minutes of cars to get there food in a timely manner.After almost 20 minutes I turned off my truck to enter the building myself. After stating I've been waiting for more then 15 minutes, I received a "no you haven't, it hasn't been 15 minutes" from a extremely rude employee! I said look at my receipt that I did not receive After payment for the food.. Then realized that yes it been closer to 20 minutes.. I said forget the order in its entirety and I want a refund. I was still offered the potatoes.. I even refused those due to possible tampering with the food after the actions of all the interactions with multiple employees and the fear of something in the food that shouldn't be..Stay clear from this place!!Not all Popeyes are like this place.. just this one.. And this is not my first time I've had a problem with this location! Just stay clear from this one.. they are there for a check.. Not to satisfy ANY Customer!

I came in this location today Feb 2, 2024 around 11:45 am…. I been coming to this location a month or so, but today I went in to order instead of drive thru. Whoever the dark skin man was with the long locs at the register was very polite. He was doing something when I walked in but he still greeted me and said that he’ll be with me in a minute, which now a days u don’t see that in customer service. Along with that, when he did make my food he washed his hands and also greeted me when I was leaving, and for the first time I had EVERYTHING in my bag. Down to the sauce. Food was also fresh. (Every time I come to this location it is). I was a manager at Popeyes once and I noticed he had on a manager t shirt…. Great pick Popeyes! I don’t know how long he been there but I brag about and appreciate great customer service when I get it… you don’t run into that everyday!! 5 stars for customer service and food!!
