As a DoorDasher, this is hands-down one of the worst Popeyes locations to pick up from.

I had to wait over an hour for a customer’s order. No communication, no urgency, no respect for anyone’s time. The staff were completely unbothered, gave no updates, and clearly didn’t care that multiple drivers were just standing around waiting. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it’s a recurring problem at this store.

The order was marked “ready” in the app, but when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. That happens all the time here. It creates delays for drivers and cold food for customers, which isn’t fair to anyone.

Popeyes needs to seriously rethink how they handle mobile and delivery orders. The service is slow, the staff are unprofessional, and the entire process is a mess. If you’re a customer wondering why your food is late or cold — this is why. If you’re a delivery driver, avoid this place unless you’re okay wasting your time for nothing.

They always forget something i order 2 classic and 2 spicy I mean how hard is it to remember that 2plus 2 is 4 but no they forgot one I mean come on this is like the 4 th time they did this but dont do it when ur in store

Very dirty place to eat. No drinks no napkins. Seats and tables where very sticky as well the floor.

This Popeyes is HORRIBLE!! EVERYTIME I try to give it a chance I’m reminded on why I shouldn’t.. I just placed a uber eats order last night, my drive waited over a hour for my order just to deliver it and I was missing majority of the order! My children didn’t get to eat their food that they waited almost 2hours for., I’m so annoyed by their customer service, you can’t get through to them by phone!! Honestly they should close this Popeyes down!

I ordered a tackle box and order things as well! I call them and asked to speak to the manager and they said give me one sec I’m on the phone waiting 15 mins!!!!! Nobody came back to me!!! I tried to call them back and now no one is answering!!! Bad service!! Never will come back here again!

I really don't like talking about my people but I couldn't help but to give my wholehearted say about what I saw and what to expect if anyone goes to this location. 1st off the drink station is atrocious, foot prints everywhere with accumulated dirt, it's ridiculous. I understand we get busy but it wasn't busy. Someone should have gotten a mop and do a quick mop run. Now off to the bathroom. I had to use it but I didn't, the bathroom wasn't clean at all. I just washed my hands and waited for my food. Now to the last part, the food. The red beans and rice was hard like I was munching on uncooked rice, the chicken was okay and so was the biscuits. I won't come back to this location. We need to start doing better because I know if the employees had the same problems like me, they wouldn't patronize the place. So why can't we do better and do our jobs to our best ability.

Every time I order late at night they constantly mess up my order. They give you what they want you to have they also don’t tell the dasher that they don’t have the item that you ordered. DONT GO HERE .

This is the Popeyes that I usually would go to because it's close, I haven't been in months because of poor food it's always a hit or miss and it's my fault for even going back, I don't know if the managers or supervisors will see this or if they'll even care but please start hiring people with some type of integrity if you see some food that you wouldn't dare eat why give it to customers? I had an online order which is pretty much laid out for you to get it correct, they staple the bags so I didn't see the order until I got home there were no biscuits I had a order that was dark meat only and received a big chicken breast instead and a wing both were old I will not return at all and if anyone chooses to order from here check your food!!

This Popeyes is very unprofessional and DIRTY!!!!! I’ve seen roaches bathroom never clean lobby is a mess employees are extremely rude and ghetto they just throw your chicken everywhere they also serve old food manger smokes in lobby I saw with my own eyes as lobby closes I was standing by the window yall need to be shut down immediately and why are there only young ladies working with grown men? This Popeyes needs to be closed!
