Fish was not done like to the point you touch it broke‼️ SAD my food always nice and fresh it was only one person in this day so that could be why but still SEAFOOD NOT COOKED ALLLLL THEY WAY IS CRAZZZZZZY OK OK.

I ordered a 30pc mix and a large gizzard over the phone and still had to wait 30mins for my order. The chicken was cold and no fries or sauce was given with it. The large gizzard was NOT a large but a handful gizzards. I called to tell them it wasn't a large only to be told it was and I can come talk to the owner in the morning. The mild sauce was also watered down not thick at all. This was my go to sharks but will never go here again. Nobody likes spending their money on nasty cold food and to be lied to about the amount of food they're supposed to get.

The price that you see online is not the same price they charge in store. Prices are higher if you place an order over the phone which is ridiculous.

I went to the sharks tonight and I asked for my wings to be fresh when I got home. I noticed that they was not fresh. They was recook so I called and I talked to someone and they told me. I had to bring it back. The policy said exchange only no refunds. When I took the product that the Mexican guy I think his name is Mann told me NOT TO COME BACK THERE .The business at this location used to be great to me and now I'm very disappointed and angry.I will not be going back but I do need to report this to their manager.I suggest you.I'll check your food before you leave this location

I’m a teacher at TFN HS and the staff at Shark’s made the full experience for my students amazing! The kids had persuaded me to buy them chicken and they were incredibly happy with the freshness of the wings and, of course, the flavor. I will return to Shark’s because of the wonderfully caring staff and the quality of the food!

Just ordered small catfish fillet and the chef…think his name is Eric? Did his thang…not only was it fresh and delicious 😋 I ask for soft and he perfected it…not sushi soft(too soft) but not hard at all! Great job chef 👨🏿‍🍳 I appreciate you after a hard long 12hr shift!

The worst customer service EVERRRR
THE LADY CURSED ME OUT very unprofessional and she double dipped my chicken in (recooked) chicken that they recooked.

Food was fresh and tasted very good!! Customer Service was awesome as well!! Store is always clean when I go there. The cashiers are alway friendly and helpful.
