Whomever is taking orders at the drive thru needs to be retrained. I extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt very rushed placing my order and on top of that, they took 6 minutes to even answer the drive thru speaker! Like wth is going on.

Purchase 3 Chili cheese dogs and a small fry. There's barely any Chili or cheese on them and the small fry looks like it's for a baby. Also, the service was horrible and slow.

I visited this sonic today at 3:45pm ordered 2 vanilla shakes and was given 2 banana shakes instead. The service was extremely slow I didn’t receive my order until 4:22pm. I pressed the service button several times only for them to tell me please hold. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to the Sonic in Calumet City the absolute worse!!!!

Only reason I gave the service 5 stars was simple cause of the young man DESTINY was training and decided to for whatever reason called him weak in front of a customer... destiny ... work on your management skills better that's not how you speak to someone another human that's working to get a check just like you .. an to the young man I hope you great an nothing short of amazing and soon I hope to see you take her job.

Took close to a half an hour to get a foot long hot dog meal and when it did arrive, it was so soggy and cold that it was instantly thrown out the fries tasted like they had sat all day, the only good thing was to slushie. $14 for a meal you can't eat is ridiculous
