I will give you the good, bad and UGLY! I was happy to support, but highly disappointed.
Ok let me start with the good.
Ambiance was cool. I love the inside of the restaurant. I love the name and the black male mascot. Music was excellent. Patio area a bonus. Margarita on happy hour was cheap and tasty.
The bad they need to work on their customer service.

Soulful Burgers offers delicious and flavorful meals, with standout options including the Polish, Lil Kim burger, Hennessy BBQ wings, and double turkey burgers. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is nostalgic. The freshness of the food is evident, with perfectly toasted buns, grilled onions, and awesome burger flavor. The turkey burger is fantastic, packed with a lot of flavor, and even the cheese is good. The Snoop Dog burger is soooo good, and the seasoned fries are a must-try. Guests also look forward to sampling the red velvet milkshake. It’s the best hamburger restaurant in the Chicagoland area, with gourmet cooked burgers and excellent customer service. A place worth visiting frequently, even if it means putting weight loss plans on hold.
