This is the second time I have went to this location and my coffee was COLD!! I put a mobile order in and it usually takes me the 3 minutes to get to this location When I put it in. It’s like they rush and don’t pay attention to detail it’s very frustrating because this last time I went it wasn’t even a line and it still came out cold smh. The employees need to do better and take their time especially when you have nothing but time to get it right!

My Favorite Starbucks — Hands Down ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location? These people? Family. 🤍

I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks, but this one right here is in a league of its own. No matter what time of day I come in — early morning or late evening — the staff always shows up with a smile, good energy, and amazing service. 🙌🏽

Even if they get something wrong (which is rare), they’ll always make it right with no attitude, no hassle. The drinks? 9/10, they’re on point. And even when I’m on the other side of town, I still find myself driving out the way just to come here. That should tell you everything.

Honestly, no other Starbucks in the area compares. Not even the ones across the state line — and I’ve tried them all. 😅

Now, do they sometimes run out of food items? Yes.
Do I wish they had everything stocked all the time? Of course.
But hey — that’s expected at a busy, well-loved location like this one. 🤷🏽‍♀️

9/10. Solid every time.
And shoutout to the store manager — he’s always a vibe and keeps the energy right every time I see him. 👏🏽☕💫

Hello, I’ve been drinking my Java chip frappe from all the different locations but this morning tied from the one in river oaks mall and it really taste very bad. It doesn’t even feel like a frappe there was no mocha no sugar nothing. Only blended ice and few java chips. I’ve never had this type of bad experience before.

I understand the matcha iced latte needs to be cold. Unfortunately this location gave me almost a full cup of ice. I paid $7 for this. This is the second time I’ve had it happen. I get this drink all the time at other Starbucks and it NEVER has this much. Not even close. :(

I come here very often on my way to work. Normally I have a good experience but this really irritated me. The person who took my order was very nice and pleasant, said "good morning, thank you, see you up here girl" and that little positivity can go a long way.
However, the little boy at the drive thru that scanned my card was the opposite. When I said hello, he just glared at me like he was annoyed that I said anything to him. When he gave me my food, he more so thrust it into my hand, didn't say thank you or anything to me at all and walked away. Shame on him. He needs to be re-trained, or told to change his attitude or change his job.

I have ordered from this location plenty of times, both in-person and online. My drinks are not consistent when I order in-person versus online. I get the same drink & pay additional money for extras, but notice I don't get those extras I'm paying for when I've ordered through online delivery. It's pretty despicable not to make the drink according to how it's ordered & paid for. I truly understand that we all make mistakes, but I've given them many chances to get it right & they just keep failing me. Of course I don't have to order from this location, but remember our orders help to keep the store open. If you upset too many people, it won't be long before your location closes.

I went to the drive-thru on Saturday 1/18/25 around 9:50am. I asked the person taking my order if they have the turkey sage Danish. She said yes. So, I order it with the Cortado. When I got to the window I was told by a female name "Danny" that they just ran out out of the Danish. Really?? I asked at the speaker if you have it. I only asked because I've come to this location a few times early on the way to work & they didn't have it. "Danny" with her gross attitude said "Well do you want something else?" I then asked for her name and she said, "Danny" with a rude head jerk. This was indeed the worst customer service that I have experienced at any Starbucks location. "Danny obviously is Not a people person and has little to no self control. The experience was definitely unpleasant and I hope to never experience such attitude again at other locations.

Can you maybe have the girl working the counter take care of the customers before checking her personal phone? Service here is trash. This is the dirtiest starbucks I have ever seen. Doesn't package drinks how they are supposed to. Long wait time. Avoid this place.

this is the closest starbucks to my home yet i’ll never choose to come here and let me tell you why… every single time i’m at this location, they mess up my order. the drinks are never the way that they are supposed to make them.. it’s almost like they make their own recipes, they don’t taste like the way the other starbucks makes them. i also gave them a 1 star for service because the barista was sitting there trying to go back and forth with a customer in the middle of a busy store as she was making drinks. disappointed of service at this store and it just reminded me why i never come here ?

Literally just left here I wish I would have known they gave me an ice cold cheese Danish before I had tipped 5 bucks. And it's not cause I let it get cold I opened it right after leaving the drive thru, they never warmed it up so it's cold, hard, andinedible do better that giving your customers cold food while asking for tips
