I’ve been to this location before and I had bad customer service. I took that as a one-off situation. I went back today and the customer service is still horrible! The sandwiches/salads are made to customize but my requests were denied. She said she couldn’t heat up my deli meat. I said I’ve done it plenty of times. I had to change my order just to get my sandwich warmed up. Then, I had an issue with getting my sandwich warmed up. She kept wanting to toast it but I said I didn’t want that, I wanted it warmed up. Eventually after three times repeating the same thing, she said “so you want it in the microwave?”. Yes! If it’s not toasted and it’s warmed up, yes I want it in the microwave. Then, I asked for lettuce, she barely put any on there. I asked for more, she added a pinch. I asked for more and she got an attitude. She said something under her breath. She was putting a pinch of everything only on half of my sandwich. I had to keep asking for the full sandwich. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work there!

Very rude service. Asked for a veggie wrap, she gave (very little) vegetables, didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked to have it toasted, and she acted as if to correct me, saying the bread is already toasted. I had to repeat myself, that I wanted warm. Finally I asked for napkins, she again pushed back saying, it's some in the bag. I asked for a specific reason, it's for 2 people. She reluctantly gave me some extra napkins. All in all, a bad experience for us. The cultural differences may have played a part as well 🤷 Not going back to spend my dollars. Her temperament was not good for customer service.

So I ordered my food off the subway app. During this time there was a national promotion for any foot long $6.99. Upon arriving the rude woman employee told me that they don’t honor any coupons or deals but would make my order just this one time. She then rudely told me she’s not putting any extra on my sandwich and to go be seated. After a heated exchange of words I grabbed my sandwich and left. Their customer service is trash and the atmosphere/decor is trashy.

I arrived to this subway yesterday evening around 6pm and tried to order 2 foot long sandwiches. I was being assisted by an Indian lady and first she told me to hurry up with my order so she can go to the bathroom, which was very rude. Then she told me that one foot long is $15 which I was shocked at because that have not been the case. Then I asked her for one of the sandwiches to be wheat and the other to be Italian herb and cheese, but she gave me white and Italian herb and cheese. She then started putting little to no portions and when I asked for more she would put another small portion. When it came down to me paying she told me 23.48, I ended up giving her $30 and she only gave me back like $2 and like 25 cents. On top of that, she didn’t give me a receipt. She was completely rude and I will never come back or suggest this place to anyone. This is ridiculous and she needs to be fired.

Hadn’t been to this location in years, and today will be my last time going. Not only was the lady with the long ponytail very rude she also was very skimpy with the portions. And to add to that they don’t honor any coupons or specials. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such bad service like I did today. It’s no reason why I should have to repeatedly keep asking for a larger portion of toppings. I could tell that the lady had an attitude and didn’t want to be there. Please do not waste your time going to this location. The service is horrible, I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business.

Damn I wish I would had read the reviews before buying this sandwich today. I would advise you not to go in here. I brought a foot long tuna sandwich today and was charged over $13 the lady at the counter added 3 small scoops of tuna on a foot long. Then she spreaded it out like peanut butter. , she did not put any tuna at the end of the sandwich at all. When I asked for more tuna, the amount she should have giving me anyway she told me it would cost more money. Then I ask for mayonnaise she added a tiny bit to where you could barely see it on the sandwich. I was about to add a $10 tip but she made sure to mess that up for herself. She lost out on a ten dollar tip for being a foolish woman, and I will never go in there again. Maybe we should get it closed down since all you see is one star ratings in here. They do not deserve any business.
