Food was very low quality. I ordered lux combo. Replaced meat with potatoes and its was hard like stone. I complained about it and they said we have short staff. Food quality doesn’t do with staff. It was not even busy. They serve only 2 orders while i was there. It was worst. I been other taco bells and they r wonderful.

This is to the owner of this franchise you will be shut down immediately I will be talking to the city in the up coming scheduled meeting as a veteran and city worker I’m disgusted by your employees they are rude and lazy they will curse at you and won’t give you a full refund they make their own rules. Your company has way too many complaints and this city doesn’t need this kind of business. My suggestion Change you employees specifically your managers who are rude and curse at customers you have been warned 9/23/24 you have a month to fix it.

Went to Taco Bell in Calumet City this evening. A rude manager named Diamond took excessively long to provide my complete order and yelled at me when I asked about a refund. Then she refused to tell her first name so I can complain. The lack of customer service and rude staff there is incredible. If you wanted to deal with unprofessional, rude, condescending employees then the Taco Bell in Calumet City is for you.

I had my teenage daughter go in there while I wait in the parking lot to get her crave box cause they said only two can be ordered thru drive thru. That was the first red flag cause why? About 30 minutes past by I go in. The girl at the drive thru window talking about we take care of drive thru first. In all that time drive thru haven’t been that full. So they telling me they that slow they can’t work drive through and lobby in between cars. They did that cause she was young. So don’t send your child in there cause they gone play with em. The drive thru clerk attitude wasn’t no better either. Then I watched her grab the crave box the food come in and they had her put it back to put it in a bag. I asked for a bag so I can separate them and she gone lie to me saying they in the same bag cause they don’t have boxes. I just looked at her. Was gone tell her I just seen her with the boxes but she hurried and closed the window. This was September 2nd at 3 o’clock

Ticket turn is crazy long for off-peak hours, like almost 30 minutes for two pieces - if I knew my food was going to take this long I’d have just gotten to go from chilis since the pricing is about even these days. They also butchered my quesadilla.

I came to this Taco Bell over McDonald’s And the employees or employee didn’t want to make the food, excuse was the fryer was down. But luckily I recorded a video of me waiting at the window recording until they came to the driveway through window which took almost 3 minutes. So with that being said, I will find a way to go over the district manager or regional manager and send this directly to corporate. You chose to work at Taco Bell. Not me, I was just the customer craving Taco Bell

Food was well prepared except the half cup of cheese I received with my fries...But the service was unexceptably horrible. When I attempted to ask a question about the cheese the one staff member ignored me until I raised my voice asking for assistance. The other staff member mumbled when responding and when I asked for the manager's information she walked away without saying she was bringing the manager's out front. The service industry is not for everyone and these two employees may want to rethink their decision to work here or any other service job.

Workers were rude especially the heavy set lady with glasses she definitely needs some customer service and sensitivity training. The restaurant smelled like an old mop and I stood in line 5 min before she rudely told me to use the kiosk if I could give them a 0 I would.
