Food is never fresh when I visit there. Customer service is horrible the worker's back talk you when point out a concern. My food is always old tasting especially the chicken nuggets. This place is horrible and needs some classes in customer service and food service!!

I went to order inside around 11:20 noticing it was unlocked , I was then told by a worker coming out of the same door to “get back in my car and go through that drive through “ instead of just telling me the lobby is closed . I then started walking to my car and overheard the girl worker asking the drive through customer she just served if she could have the customers number . She then noticed I heard her and began to make faces towards me . I got into my car to go to the drive through and then was told by the same worker that “there computers are down and to come back in 10-15 minutes” . She then walked to the side to smoke a blunt or cigar with the rest of the staff it seemed like . I believe that’s why they said the computers were down. I got in line the drive through anyway and luckily a another customer went in front of me . This caused the workers to have to attend that car . I then overheard them not wanting to attend the car in front thinking it was my car. They then apologized to that car and served them and told me the computer was not working again.

They let a grown manager threat a minor employee with a gun and still gave him his job back employees are rude and have a nasty attitude they need to be shut down immediately

Went through drive thru to order breakfast and I ordered a medium chicken breakfast sandwich. When I opened the bag it was a couple of those hash brown fry things .... I asked the young lady is this what a medium is suppose to be... she took it back brought me back a bag with the same amount... and fries were cold and sandwich was alittle cold like it was sitting out

I would’ve given a full 5 stars for how quickly we got our food but in ordering for my toddler and I, this is what one of his chicken nuggets looked like. Idk what consistency that was but it’s liquidy yet rubbery.

However, the lady at the register requested that I wait, citing a manager-advised restriction that the coupon was only redeemable on Tuesdays. I corrected her, explaining that the app does not include this stipulation. Despite this clarification, she declined to accept the coupon. Regrettably, this location has exhibited unprofessionalism and a lack of awareness regarding promotional details. Consequently, I chose to leave and visit an alternative location. Thankfully I did, and upon reading the reviews, I do not trust their cleanliness.

Disputing order with credit card! Had orders for four. Gave us a Vanilla Coke when a regular Coke was ordered then delivered multiple orders to black people while we waited and waited. We drove away…we are not black and didn’t trust them to not mess with our food.
