Horrible service, When I had to pay for just two combo of chicken sandwich the price was 18 dollars! And when i tell her that i will take away the fries and the soda she made a face I would have been better leaving off that place, and the price is still very high 14 dollars for two some ugly sandwich. đŸ€ź

This location is really bad staff have really bad attitude and rude. They have items posted in Wendy’s website and they keep saying they don’t sale it but you can order it online who does that.

Most the of the time I order for delivery and almost every time my order is missing items, bad quality, or the wrong items all together. Absolutely ridiculous. Today I ordered three combos receiving none of the three fries or drinks.

I don't understand why you guys keep getting orders either wrong and or burning food.
I ordered a simple spicy chicken sandwich meal and a salted caramel Frosty two times in two days and you overcooked my spicy chicken sandwich and gave me a chocolate frosty two times in a row. There shouldn't be any reason why you guys are messing up simple orders overnight. Please stop mistreating the customer's trust in you to provide good adequate food services. Thank you.

Very rude employees and unprofessional work ethic. It be the young ones all the time too. Young male in the drive thru tells me my food isn’t ready so to back up to the first window behind me. This is dangerous and can cause accidents. It would make a lot of sense to tell me to park on the side a little forward but mind you he says back up to the first window behind me. So I’m backing up just to move forward again when the food is ready???? Makes no sense if I’m still the first one in line why not just have me wait right where you’re going to hand me my food. The male just laughs and makes facial expressions. Very immature behavior like I’m just trying to grab my food and head home. But young folks these days like these employees can’t treat you with respect and courtesy.

This is literally the worst location ever, I would use the Wendy's app to order my stuff, and they would get everything correct. However, it's been giving me this location all of a sudden, and when it's this location, they would get my food right, but they would give me the wrong frosty. Every. Since. Time. And the worst part about it. Is that everything dasher that delivers the food said that they called me and said that I was fine with chocolate frosty, UMMM!!??? I have not gotten a single call from then or the dasher saying that I was ever okay with getting the other frosty. And it's always this location! I had decided to go to this location once, and soon as I wanted the frosty, they said they don't have it with the most biggest attitude!!! And I can't order it on other locations because it doesn't give me that option to do so. And that is so frustrating. I think this is the last time that I am going to use the app and go to this location. It seems like they can't keep it together if it's going to keep continuing.

There are three things I don’t play about: my kids, time, and money, but Wendy’s decided to play with all three! At this point I don’t even know why the Sibley location is still open. All of the food was OLD, COLD, and HARD! The burger patty was discolored because it has sat so long, the chicken patty so old its skin is peeling, and the fries so hard I can knock them over the head with them. The saucy nuggets were more like cold oily nuggets. To top it off, how y’all promoting the Pineapple Frosty but don’t have it?!?! I didn’t get a notification they didn’t have it, just that they were out of vanilla frosty’s. So I requested a Hi-C fruit punch instead. They sent 2 chocolate frosty’s that were like soup and a watered down Cherry cream soda. Save yall time, money, and health because this food is going to make you sick ? Food poisoning is definitely guaranteed! This is the true definition of “WE GOT FOOD AT HOME!” If you must go to a Wendy’s pick another location.
