This white castle was very clean and prepared the burgers promptly. I got someones order with ketchup on the sliders. However, the staff quickly remade the burgers.

I was shocked when i walked in and saw clean this location is. The back where the food is made also spot less, everyone was friendly. The manager seems like a fans-tic one, all the employees were super respectful of her.

It was a lot of fun. The employees were great. Great decorations. Loved how The LOVE Castle was a fine dining establishment we were served it was very nice. You can do cpls or with kids however Loved it. I'd do it again!!

Just don't.... although the employees were cordial and accommodating, the food was a bit cold and a few boxes weren't even completely put together so a couple sandwiches fell out.

I rated White Castle a 1 due to the food being both undercooked and overcooked, rendering it inedible and ultimately discarded. The quality did not justify the cost, leaving me extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Unfortunately my food was cold, I asked for no pickles and it was still put on there. I asked for no salt and it was still put on there and the fries were stale. The customer service sucked. The drive-thru person had an attitude like I was disturbing her when she was supposed to be there for work. This was my first time here and I will not be back. I cannot recommend this place.
