The food may be fresh. However if I purchase wings only for$14.99 I should not receive a receipt for $17.31 and then a reflection of $20.77 on the credit statement. They do not mention a 4 percent charge on any debit card. As well as other charges for using a card.

The food was not good. The fries were greasy as if they were not drained. The sanwhich was not good. I kept tasting something gritty. However, the price was not bad and the customer service was polite.

First time trying this place and the last time. I tried the catfish nuggets lunch special and the shrimp lunch special. The only thing good was the coleslaw. The shrimp was so hard we just tossed them bad boys in the trash. The catfish nuggets tasted straight from the bottom of the sea. The lunches are $6.99 and that is over priced if you ask me.

Catfish nuggets tasted like something from the bottom of the sea. They were cooked very soft and all of them had a tough skin still on them. Service was great. Jumbo shrimp were good.

Waiting to place my order was very annoying & frustrating.While standing at"The ORDER HERE WINDOW", I noticed 3 things that will determine the basis of my review!#1. I noticed one employee and heard another in the background as I walked up to the window. ..The Lobby w/max cap. around 15 people held approx. 6 customers whom had already placed orders.The most visual worker kept "busy" going about his duties preparing and packaging orders.My 1st and foremost complaint:Lack of Attention or No Priority given at The Service Window! The Main Employee, (even as another Customer enters the Lobby) never looks up ? ? not even once. He doesn't acknowledge my Presence for over 5-mins. He literally ?? walks right past me twice ??♂️. I didn't feel that they cared one way or another The Preparation Table & Refreshment Preparation was adjacent to the Take Your Order Window and the Cashier area was to the right of where I was standing. So there's no reason for him not to notice me.
