Terrible service whoever works Sunday nights closes the store at 10 instead of midnight. They even lie and say they don’t have mobile orders just so they won’t have to work

This right here is why I should never bother with fast food. First, they make me wait an absurd amount of time. After about five minutes, someone finally bothers to tell me they’re “waiting on the onion rings.” Fine. Then I get my order—actually, two bags for some reason. Odd, since I only ordered a Whopper Jr. and a small onion ring. Neither bag was even closed properly.
I get home, open them up, and what do I find? A half-full onion ring container—seriously, maybe six rings—tossed in with a handful of their disgusting fries. The other bag? A full container of those gross, flavorless fries next to my burger.
Completely unacceptable. Zero attention to detail, zero care, and zero reason for me to waste my money on this nonsense again.

I am extremely Angry ! Drink Spills all over me & my car and Now I have Red Slushie All over my clothing ! The employee nor the manager doesn’t apologize about handing me the sloppy slushie or anything ! Tan clothes with Red Slushie Everywhere all because your team members are so lazy can’t wipe it off before handing it to people !!! Then I am extremely far from my home.

This Burger King I have mixed feelings about. The food is generally good, The service is okay to rude, and the atmosphere sucks. My overall assessment is there is always ALWAYS an issue. I’ve only visited three times and it was a smooth process. Either there system is down, they are out of whatever item I ordered, only taking cash, or yesterday they closed early due to “an incident”. This is the most unreliable Burger King you could ever visit. If you visit here be mindful to have second option for a meal preference ready to go.
Guess you have to give at least one star to give a review otherwise they would get zero because I've been here 3 times after 10pm and I haven't been allowed to order not once. I don't know what's going on with the 10pm shift but all 3 times I've been, either nobody answers the drive thru or the one time they did they said they were closed and all the cars have to just leave each time. NOTE TO OWNER: Whoever you have working that shift is costing you a lot of money hiding or whatever they're doing in there at night that's not allowing them to work and do they're jobs!!! On the flip side, I see at least Wendy's next door is receiving all the business you're losing.

Ii ordered a fish sandwich and jalapeño cheddar bites. They were both old. Like they had cooked it when thru first opened up and I ordered at 830pm. Horrible.

I wanted to post this because I think it's important. I had an issue with my drive-thru order and decided to park and go inside to try to resolve it. After hearing my problem the 6 pm manager quickly helped straighten things out and was more than accommodating.

Staff was pleasant, ordered fish combo. Very disappointed with food . Fish was not freshly prepared it was refried, .asking it tough, dry & too horrible to ingest .👎🏾 E sure to ask for freshly prepared Food ‼️🤜🏾🤛🏾
