I ordered three separate types of croissants, only two were correct when I got home.I worked at Burger King in the 80’s and took pride in my job, the employees at the Calumet location aren’t interested in customer satisfaction.I chose not to drive all the way back there, just to return the sandwiches, instead we trashed the flat looking croissants, with egg and cheese, which of course we didn’t order them that way.Pissed customers who won’t be patronizing that locale, ever again.

As A Food Delivery Driver did walk into the Store and The Lady manager did give me the order saying the Shake Machine was Down and asked if the Drink machine was down. She said all her Drinks were Down. Did let customer know and in turn she said called the resteraunt and said I forgot the drinks .so Burger King lied to me not happy with them

This staff sure understands the definition of quality control! I had the best Whopper anywhere, fries were hot & crispy and my Dr Pepper was mixed and iced perfectly! A bit of a wait but certainly worth it for an off the broiler Whopper!

I live a 6 min drive away. I spent over $50 for a few burgers. As if that was not bad enough. All the food was cold. I specifically asked for fresh. I made sure to be clear I would wait no problem. I went inside not drive through. It was not busy. Everything I mean everything was cold and old. The chicken sandwich was so cold it was hard. Very Disappointing. I know it’s Burger King. I was not expecting more then what I know they are but at least warm for the money they charge. And don’t even answer the phone. Can’t talk to anyone about it.

The manager Tyeisha is awesome!! She has great customer service, and is customer friendly! I really appreciate her because customer service is a lost art these days, if I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop in again!

It’s Burger King. Once you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I usually get a Double Whopper with cheese meal. Not the best but not the worst. It gets the job done. Also, because the grill their burgers, it’s a nice change of pace from McDonald’s.
