Waitress was nice. I had the vegetable skillet with two meats(bacon and Italian sausage). The vegetable was 2 pieces of broccoli with the usual hash brown potatoes. The meat was Slivers of sausage with almost non existent bacon. Not going back.

If I could rate this a zero I would this was the second attempt they made for my food this morning and both plates was not good. Pancakes texture was very bad . My pancakes were also cold right round and steak was so hard couldn’t cut it both times . The sevice was well tho but I couldn’t get with it

I have to admit pulling up and parking, I was really questioning my husband about this place. But, the service was great, and the seafood omelet was delicious. The pancakes were smaller than I'm used to, but they were okay.

All of the meat was at room temperature, not hot. We ordered 4 breakfast items. 2 omelets, a skillet, and some waffles. Omelets were hot and the pancakes were also. Eggs barely warm. Bacon and sausages were room temp. I didn't make a fuss only because I had my 2 Grandchildren with me. They had the hot food and were very happy.
On April 17th 2025 I arrived at the egg shack on 127th to pick up my over the phone order before I head it to work The order that I placed was a country fried steak skillet to my surprise when I arrive to my workplace I seen that there was no country gravy on my country fried steak skillet I proceeded to call back to egg shack but she put me on hold and then proceeded to hang up on me when I called back and told her my problem she told me that the manager Susie just arrived and she will have her manager speak with me so while speaking to the manager I got complete attitude through the phone she kept telling me that I can bring the food back if I want after I told her that I have to be at work she said well you can bring it when you get off I said y'all are going to be closed when I get off I did not appreciate the manager Susie's attitude or her resolution tactics I wish that absolute worst for this business I hope it goes up in flames
