I don't care what anyone says, Egg Shack is 100 times better than a certain establishment that rhymes with PENNY'S. The staff is beyond friendly, and the food... well, you'll just have to find out for yourself!
I have to admit pulling up and parking, I was really questioning my husband about this place. But, the service was great, and the seafood omelet was delicious. The pancakes were smaller than I'm used to, but they were okay.
All of the meat was at room temperature, not hot. We ordered 4 breakfast items. 2 omelets, a skillet, and some waffles. Omelets were hot and the pancakes were also. Eggs barely warm. Bacon and sausages were room temp. I didn't make a fuss only because I had my 2 Grandchildren with me. They had the hot food and were very happy.
