Kenny's Ribs and Chicken

This place was not good. First they falsely advertise a BOGO on Friday and Saturday- INSIDE THE STORE- But then refuses to honor it. The pork ribs were scraps and bones. The mac is dry and egg tasting. This was not a good experience. Its bad enough there is no parking, but that could have been forgiven if the food had been good. But it wasn't. Not even worth the money spent or the time to ever go back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

First of all they have to be crazy you spent 15 to $20 and they so cheap they only give you sides a little small portions of potatoes nasty Greens and cornbread you get no meat who the hell do these people think they are taking people money like that with all that leftover food it's ridiculous they have all that food and wouldn't even throw a dog a bone dad they could have put a bone on my plate at least no metes only sides

Horrible customer service! Definitely need new cashiers I walked in she had an attitude just from me asking two questions about the menu and I immediately left I didn't even eat there.

As a 1st time customer, I will not be going back. Just wanted to try it. 1st of all the lady working there is rude as hell. Food was ok an portions were small. You get what u pay for lol. Guna ask me what do I need sauce for. The mf cat fish da hell lol. I'll stick with Passions in Oak Lawn.

Yesterday 11/30 I went to this place for the first and last time. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and intentionally avoiding the window. When she finally came by the window I rushed to yell im picking up a pick up order. Although I was the only one at the window she had me wait until someone else came in to assist me. To avoid the newest customer she finally tended to me while stating you should have said you was picking up. “Lady I did”. She then start to argue with the lady that was trying to order and refused to take her order. The cashier was in the wrong and extremely rude. She then make my order and pass it to me. The presentation and pass off was so bad I checked the food before I left and ended up giving it back. I swear I would have rather got a $5 bag from McDonald’s. I assumed the lady was having a bad day but after reading the reviews she have bad days more then good. I was surprised nobody came from the back to calm the situation. This is not my cup of tea. That cashier need a hug and prayer.

Worst place ever I repeat worst place ever every time i go there The girl that takes your order always has an attitude food is always cold it taste like it been sitting out for about a couple of days please do not spend your money here you’ll be better off just getting something to eat from McDonald’s on 127

I live in Calumet Park. The Kenny's ribs, are more Fat than meat more likely that has been cooked and reheated for days. Went on a Thursday. Never again. It was like I was chewing a wad of chewing gum, you know your never going to swallow. Good fries. That's it!

Service was good but food was lousy. I ordered 2 of the rib tips with link. It also included codes and fries. The ribs were not only burnt buttasted spoiled.

Chicken was cooked in old grease taste burnt... Mac and cheese was dry... Too much nutmeg in yams... Unexemplery service old ass lady has an attitude... And you all have the audacity not to return money... Only exchange for what the same mess you selling... I don't know how you all are still open.... Please close the business or get better staff and food... Cus yall suck..

The large turkey tips that I ordered were dry, and the meat was shredded in pieces. The shredded turkey meat also sat in a pool of fatty grease mixed with a little mild sauce in the to go tray. It looked and tasted disgusting! This is the 3rd bad experience with this restaurant. I'll never eat anything from here again!

The place is small on the corner of a busy main Street. The parking there really was very limited parking. But the food made it worthwhile.

Rib tips were hard, called and talked to Tiana who claimed she was the manager, had the worst attitude but she did have us bring back what we didn’t eat and they would make us fresh food. Jeraldine gave the best customer service on both days. She is the epitome of great customer service!!! The five stars are for Jeraldine!
