I can’t rate the atmosphere bc I’m always in the drive thru. I just wanted to shout this McDonald’s out. My food is always fresh majority of the time and they are very fast. Perfect for those days I don’t feel like cooking.

Me and my sisters we were walking to McDonalds and we were in a rush to go home. So , as soon as we got home we looked inside the bags and we noticed that our 5 small bags of fires were not in there. We had called and called then they answered, they told us to wait for 20 minutes and we did. It’s been 2 hours and they haven’t called back or answered our calls. We are upset by this. Never again, we want our money back or the fires

Terrible attitude, the wait time for a cup of coffee was 10 minutes at the drive through and only one person was ahead of me, I tried to asked the worker who was taking orders and he completely ignored me. Coffee tasted old and like it was sitting there for hours. Terrible experience.

Why is the breakfast never hot anymore. Within 3 minutes of receiving my order, I noticed the biscuits were not soft and the hash browns were luke warm. The question I have, is the food sitting in the bins longer than they should. The grease settles and the hash browns become mushy.
The food at McDonald's Calumet Park location is disgusting. My Sprite taste like bitter bubbly water, my pies seems like they were cooked over and over, dried out and served cold. I live close by and almost never go to this location because this was not the first time I had horrible food there. I was just in a hurry that day but next time I will make the extre 5 min drive to ger food at the Blue Island location.
