This establishment and their dealings will have you and them on The Judge Mathis Show. Sportz Channels asked my relatives to promote their place of business during my relatives annual skating event. He promoted their business free of charge and freely encouraged his skaters to come to Sportz Channels after leaving his own venue. My relative gave Sportz Channels a substantial amount of money to provide food at its establishment as they claimed they had an on-site chef. The conclusion to this story is that no chef came to prepare this paid for food, the skate promoter had to send out for prepared food for the customers and what is unbelievable is that Sportz Channels kept ALL OF THE MONEY. They did not pay one dime towards the purchased food and had the audacity to keep all of the money while providing not one ounce of food from their imaginary chef. To make matters worse, the bartender offered no top shelf libations on their bar. Sportz Channels personnel showed us exactly who they were at their very first opportunity; unscrupulous people. I will now make a concerted effort to tell others exactly who they are. They are unscrupulous people who do not know or respect the principle of repeat business. If you have plans to rent this venue, please think again.

We tried to support them for our national skate event on 7/4/21. Things they told us they would have, we not there during our event (food). We rented out the entire venue only for our guest to be charged $200 to sit in the VIP sofa section. I wouldn't recommend them AT ALL!!! And they claim their food staff all called off the day of our event, but we weren't notified until we arrived. They made absolutely NO EFFORT to reconcile the issue!!! TERRIBLE

Great experience. Place is very upscale and unique. Food and drinks are good while the pricing is affordable as well. I would recommend this place for hosting any kind of event. Great ambiance.
