The service I received today was the worst ever! They made me wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Then charged me 50 for replacing the drink with a frosty which I’ve never been charged for before, and they didn’t even fill the cup all of the way. So I waited a long time, got overcharged, AND got ripped off smh… this makes me want to never come here again.

First time in a long time at this Wendy’s I got great service through the drive-thur I am so proud of you guys. Normally potatoes is an issue, but they actually had some. That potato was so amazing hot, fresh , and a bit sweet love just needed more cheese I will make sure I add extra cheese next time. Over all let’s go guys keep it coming thanks ! See you soon !

Went in a few days ago and i can say it was a good experience. The lobby and condiment area was clean and stocked. My counter person Daniel was very pleasant when taking my order. The manager John and another employee Kayla made sure my children and I were waited on.
I ordered in the drive up window, but I had to go in because my order was wrong. The servicer was not kind, plus she had an attitude.

I went this morning for breakfast A number 8 which is sausage egg and cheese and wedges with a drink. I sat un drive thru so long for then to give me a sandwich without sausage and cold wedges. No recipe.

Buy a large fry and it's not even full, none of them seemed happy to serve me and gave me dirty looks, the fries are cold with no salt and when I asked for ketchup I got 2 packs🤦 I'm not spending the money I work for on a place with this kind of atmosphere. I won't be back.
These people except top dollar a hour but put the least amount of work possible. You can tell absolutely none of them care about their jobs.

Just went through the drive thru to grab a quick breakfast. Often times,we have a bad experience with fast food but this was the COMPLETE opposite! I called back to speak with the manager on duty to pay compliments to Asia(the cashier) and Johnathan (the cook). I really appreciate great service especially in a fast food restaurant!
