Dairy Queen (Treat)

The French Silk Pie Blizzard ingredients were stale. This wasn't a one-off occurrence. The previous visit's quality was not up to standard. Being new owners after a well liked proprietor is hard, and its starting to look like it's too hard. Sorry guys... It's just not there.

Super fast drive thru service, and very nice employees!!! Ignore other reviewers stating the new owners are lousy. The new owners aren't white and Campton Hills has a stick up its butt.

Check your receipts. New management is automatically adding tips to the bill without telling you, which is frankly embarrassing with the service since they took over. Don't waste your money here.

Don’t believe the lies. July 10th 2024 this was the best blizzard I’ve ever had. Perfect in every way. 10/10

I ordered two cakes for my daughter's birthday party. Went inside to do so. The blizzard cake was fine. No issues (nothing custom there). The sheet cake was the issue. I repeatedly told him that this was a jungle theme- said "cheetah print" several times (he wrote it down). I told him they could do whatever design worked with a JUNGLE them -I did the same thing with my son's cake before and they did a great job on his shark theme (didn't know there was new ownership this time). The day of the party, I sent my sister to pick it up because I was busy decorating. She brought back a cake with the correct writing on it (Happy birthday with my daughter's name) but the cake had cacti, llamas, and chilli peppers on it. That is not a jungle theme at all. I had to take those off and run out to buy something to put on the cake instead. Luckily, what I found at the store worked but I was really disappointed that it was not correct, I had to spend more money to fix it myself, and it took time out of the day when I could have been adding more decorations to the party. Will be ordering from another location next time.

This location changed owners in the last year. The woman and her crew who owned it were awesome. New owners don't care, don't provide napkins or receipts and ice cream is melted. Bad location now.

It is so sad to see this dairy queen go down. This place use to be clean, friendly and had good service.
I definitely do not recommend going there. I'm not sure if there is new ownership, but it is so incredibly dirty.
Garbage everywhere. No sanitation rules are being followed.
On one occasion going through the drive through the guy who was serving and handing us out icecream was also handling the garbage. The garbage was right there in sight as he was pushing it down and grabbing our cones.
On a second occasion, again through the drive through, the guy handling our icecream literally picked up a cone he dropped and handed it to another guy who proceeded to use it and then hand it to us.
On a third (and mind you, my last time there) my daughter and niece went inside and the place was absolutely filthy. The girl serving their icecream dropped the cookie dough bites and proceeded to use the ones she had dropped on the very dirty counter and use some and put some back into the container.
If anyone knows who to call to report them.we definitely should. This places has become absolutely unsanitary.

Consistent Dairy Queen food. Good service and generous toppings. Lately the blizzard cups have smelled a little like fryer food. We're hoping it's just temporary. We'll wait a bit and then give them another try.

Lady working in the window was so mean. Huffing and puffing while we were ordering, and we were trying to double check our order when we got to the window but she kept shutting the on us and not responding. Terrible service.
