Consistent Dairy Queen food. Good service and generous toppings. Lately the blizzard cups have smelled a little like fryer food. We're hoping it's just temporary. We'll wait a bit and then give them another try.

Love the Wasco DQ. This location is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. Their blizzards are so good! Blended well and plenty of candy! Plenty of parking and seating too! The drive thru is very fast even when they are busy1 Highly recommend this location.

The manager working the evening shift on Thursday 7/27 messed up my order not once but twice…we asked for a cone dipped in chocolate and she gave us a chocolate cone and then when I said sorry this was supposed to be dipped I heard her in the back say “she didn’t ask for dipped.” She then proceeded to tell me I had to pay another 52 cents for that…which to be honest she should’ve just covered herself since she messed it up. Told me paying with card wasn’t possible…I had to have exact change. No apology for the mix up. She also messed up the sizes. I ordered 3 things and 2/3 were incorrect. Pretty disappointed that she treated it like I was inconveniencing them when this was clearly a mistake on their part.

Excellent Dairy Queen. One of best in Illinois. My to the favorite Dairy Queen's to go to. I live in Dekalb and prefer to drive Wasco Dairy Queen. Friendlier service ice cream seems to be better.

Best dairy queen in the area. The employees do a great job, everything is made well. The one guy who works the drive thru sounds exactly like a robot which I like. He takes my order with robot precision. I imagine a team of well trained icecream robots mixing blizzards with their bare robot hands.
Margie knows how to run a business, and overall this DQ operates very swiftly with how many customers they get. Props to all the employees and their hard work.

After months of same situation I have finally had enough. The place is never open inside, dangerous for teams and kids if they have to walk up to the drive thru. Waited over 10 min at 11:30am and got to the window and the old excuse of not enough help was used on why they can’t serve any food which was the only thing I wanted! A sign stating that would have been nice! Save yourself the hassle and go McDonald’s across the way. AsFor DQ if your going to operate a business then do the work to staff yourself or close the door. I am no longer going to support this one.
