We ain't here for my daughter's last Middle School cross country race and we weren't disappointed! The serving sizes are large and the food was excellent! The staff was very helpful and hard-working! Will definitely be back!

So they have a neon sign that states salad bar, I was pretty excited about that, and to be honest, they need to turn that sign off. It is nothing to brag about. The salad bar may have had no more than 10 items. The hamburger was good. They brought out onion rings to a different table and those were hand battered and there was a pile of them and they smelled great. I would get those if I go back.

Visited this restaurant for a lunch buffet today, and it was a complete mess. Way too crowded—so congested that you can’t even walk or sit comfortably. The food was extremely oily with barely any variety. But the biggest red flag? No proper billing. You just go to the counter, and the manager casually tells you a total—no printed bill, no breakdown, nothing. You have no idea what you’re being charged for. His arrogant attitude made it worse—like he’s doing you a favor by taking your money.
It feels like because this place is in a small town, they’re getting away with this kind of shady billing practice. There’s no transparency, and clearly no one’s holding them accountable. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend it.
American Grille has the best service and food in Fulton County. You get a large selection and portions with more than the average amount of side dishes. The staff is by far the friendliest and the service speed is top notch.
American Grille is a must stop in Canton, Illinois. You will not be disappointed!

Parking: The parking lot wraps around the building from the right side and has numerous handicap parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: American Grille has a kid's menu and the staff go out of their way to "treat" the kids with little surprises, be it quarters for the toy and candy machines in the alcove to gifting the kids with candy.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp for easy entry and the staff go out of their way to offer assistance to help the disabled into the restaurant.
