Dinner party for a large wedding and everything was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Friendly staff, cozy environment, great service and absolutely phenomenal food. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're ever in Canton!

**A Bittersweet Symphony at Bistro 101**Rating: ★Upon my recent visit to Bistro 1011, the reputed gem of Canton, IL, I anticipated an evening filled with culinary delight while enjoying the celebration of my daughter’s engagement. The service was mediocre with plates and drinks brought at several times, the waitress asking for help grabbing one of the glasses of Sangria. On the positive side, the dishes presented were both inventive and satisfying, showcasing local flavors with a refreshing twist.However, the evening took an unforeseen turn that left a sour note. Just as we were savoring the last morsels of our meal, preparing to leave, we were brusquely informed that the table was needed for another party within a mere six minutes. This abrupt rush significantly marred what had been a delightful experience. Considering the considerable amount we invested in our meal, this rushed ending felt not only inappropriate but also disrespectful.While I understand the demands of a bustling restaurant, a balance must be struck between efficient service and providing a relaxed atmosphere where patrons feel valued and unhurried. Unfortunately, on this occasion, Bistro 101 fell short of this standard. It is my hope that this feedback serves as a gentle reminder that true hospitality values the customer's experience above all.

SIX of us just ate there spent almost 400 dollars got there at 5 and at 6.15 were ask to leave while eating dessert because more people were coming was my 4th and last time eating how rude and unprofessional

I took my beautiful darling love of my life out for her birthday there and was very impressed with the exquisite tasty dinner. I had the maple salmon and she had the pork chops, OH so GOOD! I also had 2 cocktails, IM A BEER drinker, can not think of the name of drink but was so darn tasty, it had pomegranate, vodka, etc ohh so GOOD! Plus dessert, a bread caramel pudding, TOO DIE FOR! AND YES I WILL BE BACK AGAIN ON NEXT SURPRISING EVENT! OH AND THE WAITRESS WAS ON TOP OF HER GAME, EXCELLANT SERVICE! WHAT A WAY TO START 2024!

The atmosphere is very peaceful and enjoyable. The staff and the service were wonderful. Honestly, one of the best meals, my partner, and I have had in a couple years. We got the filet mignon and the Duck L”orange. we also enjoyed an appetizer with shrimp and dessert of raspberry bread pudding. Both of our meals were fantastic and the presentation was beautiful. For a small town in Illinois to have fine cuisine is a bonus. We are very lucky to have a restaurant like this. Will be going back
