We ordered through doordash. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger and some jalapeño Cheddar bites. There was no bacon on my burger and they didn't even put the bites in the damn bag.

Manager couldn’t figure out a refund for the previous customer, after waiting 15mins she got it figured out and proceeded to take our order. Didn’t have medium cups, drink machine in the lobby was out of ice until I mentioned it, 80% of the drinks were out. Not to mention also out of BBQ, apple juice. Bathroom is filthy! Over all bad experience. Last time for me and my family!

After giving my order to a rude lady at the drive through I sat there 15 minutes for my order. The rude lady did not apologize for my wait or offer any explanation. My sandwich was thrown together making it extremely messy. The drive through was extremely backed up. I will not be returning.

I'm having a rough time with this place, I have gone through the drive through about 4 times in the last few years and I have ordered a lot of food I pull up to the cashier and hand them a $50.00 Dollar Bill I get told that they don't take $50.00 ! As I was walking in a gentleman leaving said good luck. As I walk in the manager is arguing with the people in the back and when I try to order a girl tells me the prices on the menu may not be right because a different company runs the menu. Which is deceptive practices! Absolute worst customer service I have ever had anywhere! I had a gift card but I won't be using it. I'll give it to somebody and let them try to put up with the ignorance that is working here!

I recently ordered a meal dine-in from here and got rude service from a manager called Janelle while the nice girl up front was communicating efficiently and polite while the manager was being disrespectful to her employee verbally abusive careless and showing favoritism to another disrespectful employee.

It took me over 30 minutes just to get four chicken wraps for the nighttime crew that is not OK honestly I think they need to get new people or something to make nighttime crew better because daytime they rock amazing times are always good
