The food good but the service sucks because I used a 15$ gift card out there but when I used it they said I still owe them $2.73 because I ordered two whoppers and I know it's supposed to be 12$ and something cents and because there an old lady at the window so she must of mest something up.

Worst experience ever!!! I waited 38 minutes for my order (while on a 30 minute lunch break!!!)!! Then the lady said that the cook made a Jr chicken instead of the original chicken sandwich i ordered n asked if that would be okay. I told her fine, i had to leave bc my lunch was already over. Get outside and the cini-minis weren't in the bag, had to go back inside! Then when I get to my van the onion rings were ice cold and the sandwich was a FISH!!!! Not even chicken!!!! N somehow even though I waited almost 40 minutes, IT WAS COLD!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Why does it take 20 minutes to get an order of mozzarella sticks and onion rings? Multiple cars that were not there when I ordered went thru the drive thru while I waited. Then they couldn't even be bothered to put them in a bag even tho the order was to go. Also, neither of them were fresh, shouldn't they have atleast been fresh for having to wait 20 minutes for them?

I Order on the app because they say it’s so much better. Canton Burger King is atrocious. For some reason, they can never get the orders right and when you call and complain, nothing gets done about it. I’m done.

Very bad experience with the young lady eating on customers. Very rude and used vulgarity toward
my wife when she asked on our order that we had placed 25 minutes before!! Definitely not fast food!! Never received our order because of the way we were treated so demanded our money refunded!

We ordered through doordash. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger and some jalapeño Cheddar bites. There was no bacon on my burger and they didn't even put the bites in the damn bag.

Manager couldn’t figure out a refund for the previous customer, after waiting 15mins she got it figured out and proceeded to take our order. Didn’t have medium cups, drink machine in the lobby was out of ice until I mentioned it, 80% of the drinks were out. Not to mention also out of BBQ, apple juice. Bathroom is filthy! Over all bad experience. Last time for me and my family!
