Was in there today and this lady with a pony tail shirt was being extremely rude we ordered food and had a code and she kept messing up the code and wouldn’t let us order it saying it was wrong just being extremely disrespectful

Very bad experience with the young lady eating on customers. Very rude and used vulgarity toward my wife when she asked on our order that we had placed 25 minutes before!! Definitely not fast food!! Never received our order because of the way we were treated so demanded our money refunded!

We ordered through doordash. I ordered a bacon double cheese burger and some jalapeño Cheddar bites. There was no bacon on my burger and they didn't even put the bites in the damn bag.

Manager couldn’t figure out a refund for the previous customer, after waiting 15mins she got it figured out and proceeded to take our order. Didn’t have medium cups, drink machine in the lobby was out of ice until I mentioned it, 80% of the drinks were out. Not to mention also out of BBQ, apple juice. Bathroom is filthy! Over all bad experience. Last time for me and my family!

If you are having colon issues you need to go here it will help you expel those demons, id bet drinking two quarts of caster oil would not work as well as any food item at this location. enjoy the free sliders with every meal!

After giving my order to a rude lady at the drive through I sat there 15 minutes for my order. The rude lady did not apologize for my wait or offer any explanation. My sandwich was thrown together making it extremely messy. The drive through was extremely backed up. I will not be returning.
The girl, taking the order, did not ask, if she could take our order, or make any conversation, she did not smile, and moved like a snail. The food was good.

I'm having a rough time with this place, I have gone through the drive through about 4 times in the last few years and I have ordered a lot of food I pull up to the cashier and hand them a $50.00 Dollar Bill I get told that they don't take $50.00 ! As I was walking in a gentleman leaving said good luck. As I walk in the manager is arguing with the people in the back and when I try to order a girl tells me the prices on the menu may not be right because a different company runs the menu. Which is deceptive practices! Absolute worst customer service I have ever had anywhere! I had a gift card but I won't be using it. I'll give it to somebody and let them try to put up with the ignorance that is working here!
