Rude customer service food not the best
I will never step foot back in this place. Worse service ever! Our entire party the was pre booked in advance was forgotten about and ignored most of the night. We were told we needed to wait they were busy. Half our group had food and drinks and other half didn't even have drinks. My son ended up puking after he ate and I got a trash can and towels thrown at me over the bar and a mop pushed out. The food is amazing! The rude waitress today, not so much. She raised her voice and threw bags of croutons on our table in front of our child. It was very aggressive and rude, it made our child cry. The Country Line Bar and Grill offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a varied menu that includes daily specials. Customers have enjoyed the Jack n Coke BBQ burger, jalapeños burger, and the 4 choice appetizer platter, all described as delicious and hot. Recently, guests praised the Friday special, catfish, which is available in nuggets, strips, or filets, and comes with two sides for a reasonable price. While service may sometimes be slow due to staffing issues, the food is generally well received, and the friendly staff works hard to meet diners' needs. However, some feedback suggests that the Sunday morning breakfast options may not be as satisfying, with reports of overcooked sausage and meals served warm rather than hot. Overall, the restaurant is seen as a "diamond in the rough" for Fulton County home cooking, with affordable prices and attentive owners.
