I ordered an ice cream cone, the ice cream had a slime freezer taste. This trip was my second time there. My first experience was not good so I gave them a shot. I'm not impressed I will not return for a third.

There was ants on are table. I saw a male worker go in the bathroom on the phone and he did not wash his hands went right back into working!!! The lady taking are order could barley understand up and we could barley understand her… do not recommend this dq!

EVERYTHING is sticky. Hands stick to the table. Shoes stick to the floor. Heaven forbid you drop something cause you ain't getting it unstuck. Bathrooms are yucky. Overall, a pretty average fast food experience.

Brought my kid here for ice cream tonight. The lobby hadn't been cleaned up in what seems to be likely a entire shift. Every time I come in here the manager is on his phone with his back against the wall. None of the employees were in uniform, all wearing street clothes. One even dressed in clothing that looked more like a halloween costume. Belly showing... not sure what's going on in this store but someone needs to do something about it.

Upon entering this establishment, you are met with a slight smell of sewage mixed with a pungent aroma of body odor. The staff was friendly after the language barrier was breached. The chicken fingers were good in taste, but more along the lines of nuggets. Overall, would not recommend.

Got DQ for dinner today. We had points in the DQ app for a free chicken strip basket showed the guy at the window. Guy then didn't use my points and used my Google wallet to pay for it came back to the window thinking he used my points handed him my card. Than the guy then said why did you hand me your card. In return said to pay for my food. So I got charged for the whole thing. Once I said something to the guy he just walked away. Once I got my food. My burger tasted freezer Burnet and was so dry. Then the blizzard was not upside down to top it off. Worst experience ever.
