Just left drive thru got to work and took a sip of my “large HOT” peppermint mocha, and it is like warm. What a waste of my money. Even tipped. Please instruct your workers on how to make hot coffee and hot milk for their latte.this is totally uncalled gir on a very cold day!!!

I came from Florida & have never had a problem with a company like this could NOT get a Chocolate mocha blast because yall can't use chocolate ice cream I'll pay extra still no ??????? REALLY yall need employees that are welling to have some REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I ordered a mango smoothie....this was the monstrosity handed to me ???. I decided to be brave a take a sip...terrible mistake . I cannot believe something like this would even be handed out the window. I, personally, would be embarrassed if I worked at a coffee shop and handed drinks like this out.

I have tried to order this drink with the pink and yellow recipe 3 days in a row. (Except one day I added 1 pump of cinnam) Again today. So very far off from what I literally verbatim the picture asked for. I was also told today they couldn't do receipts after I sat in drive through and waited for it for extra time. I realize everyone has to start some where with a new job but that is not and excuse for literally pushing out the window the wrong orders and not trying to talk to the people at the window and try to fix it. They just walk off and say I dont know. Honestly every time I've had a male wait on menat this location they are never curtious. Like they are mad to be there. Their prices are decent for the sizes. A plus is that you will always get the quality of food dor the prices you pay. But will someone tell me why the plain glazed doughnuts always taste like they are day old? Good luck to you and your next drive through experience.

Went through this morning for a free medium iced coffee and some hash browns. My coupon was not wanting to go through, either because of my phone or their system, either way, the cashier was so friendly and patient and made sure the iced coffee came off manually after getting help. I don't go to dunkin often and really never come to Canton but first impressions are everything and I love the will to help me get that taken care of rather than making me pay. Thanks ladies!

The employees at this location shut the frozen coffee machine down at 9pm. They are supposed to be open until 10pm. I just want my frozen coffee before work (3rd shift). When I asked if they could please quit shutting down so early she very rudely told me that she didn’t, when clearly she did. Not cool.
