This is the worst Dunkin we have experienced after numerous cross country travels over the years between us collectively. This morning my wife tried to get two coffees, a sandwich, and a tin of munchkins. The person at the counter said the machines were down and all we could have was iced, okay fine, it happens, but no thank you. She then didn’t want to refund them and gave my wife the runaround until management got involved. She also tried to not give her the munchkins tin we ordered, but luckily she was smart enough to check first, and the girl reluctantly handed her one. I know it’s a small town, but WOW.

Picked up two hot chocolates, they were so hot we couldn’t sip till they cooled down a little. About 15 mins away found out they taste like sugar water. Terrible!! It’s not like we live near Canton, we were just passing through town. I had placed a mobile order, you’d think they could have sent me a credit or canceled my charge but nope, just out of luck.

I went there for a vanilla milkshake I was told they didn't have any then I had to wait in the drive thru until the cars in front were served in order to leave.

Tried to get an iced coffee at 430pm on 9/21/25 and was told they didn't have any iced coffee made up like how hard is it to have iced coffee
Place runs with 2-3 people at most. Waiting 30mijs with only 2 cars infront of me. Got the wrong food that was burnt. Got the right food was also burnt.

I'm not going to lie I had a really crappy day but whomever the girls name was that worked tonight 8/9/25 @ 4:37 pm made my whole night great service very polite

They somehow didn't have coffee syrup for a frozen mocha. And the drink we did get, tastes strongly of cleaning chemicals.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us. We pulled up to the window and sat for another 10 minutes. Our order of a small iced coffee and 1 glazed donut sat on the table ready to go the entire time we sat at the window. While waiting I watched the female worker with blue hair that was taking orders rub her eyes, face, neck and hair and then she proceeded to make orders for the cars behind us. We left without the order and will not be returning.

Sat for 20 minutes to get to the window with only 1 car ahead of us. Then watched the girl with blue hair working the window rub her eyes, face, hair and neck and then without washing her hands, she went on to prepare orders. Our order was sitting on the table when we pulled up to the window but after waiting 10 more minutes to pay we left without anything.

Just awful. App is terrible. Their people are rude. Their customer service is a joke. I had screenshots of my order and my online bank account showing where they took the money out. Still unable to fill my order! Made me late and I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back. I will not be returning to this store or any dunkin donuts.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received this fine Wednesday morning. The workers were so disrespectful, yelling at me through the drive thru and not being friendly. First of all I ordered a vanilla long-john that had the slightest bit of icing on it, and it was dry. Second of all, I ordered a medium caramel and french vanilla coffee with cream and liquid sugar, but somehow ended up with a caramel, vanilla, and lava cake coffee…..

They never have anything!!! Reading there menu while in the drive through I ordered a sour trolli fix they said they can’t make that because they don’t have eggs????? It’s a slushy!!! A sign in there drive through said try our mangonada smoothie refresher which is what I ordered I was told they don’t have it and they don’t do that here. I then ordered a cappuccino Blast and was told that they don’t have the ice cream, excuse me????? You don’t have ice cream are you not a baskin robins with 31 flavors or they say there blenders don’t work or the don’t have express like what’s the point anymore!!!!!!! I’m sorry you have to work when you go to work… There doughnuts taste old and stale, there service is extremely sub par you are definitely not there priority the employees are rude I feel there products are overpriced given there quality……… Family owned establishments are the way to go franchise corporations are a joke and need to do better!!!!!!
