Went through the drive through and whoever took our order was very rude. She acted annoyed and like we were wasting her time. I understand days are long and you might be ready for your shift to be over, but that is not your customers fault. If you’re working customer service, at least try to talk to customers like you aren’t bored and annoyed.

Love their hot ham and cheese, and turnovers, but prefer the drive through. The lobby is not the most comfortable lobby and has been cleaned regularly with a vaccuum while sitting in the lobby trying to converse with friends.

The food here was okay and so was the service but the district manager is a terrible person. He treats anyone there like trash. My Boyfriend was doing work on their units and he was being super rude and condescending with him. Making him work longer in the cold for no reason. Won't be coming back since we can't treat people with basic respect

Very nice staff. Clean restrooms. Clean dining room. Fresh hot food. Service was great. Outside Clean. It is like a restaurant experience more then a fast food place. They bring your food to the table and even offer to get you refills onyour drinks

They take forever to hand out food. It's fast food now sit and wait food. If I wanted to wait forever I would have sat down at ELM street and had a much BETTER B&G. Do better.

Went through the drive thru and has a couple of coupons. They tried their best to apply both the coupons I had. However the one coupon was that I had to buy something at full price in order to redeem. They applied the one coupon for me. Well to my surprise when I got my food, they gave me the other item anyways. Everything was fresh. The girl was sweet. 10/10. Cherry coke was phenomenal as always.
