I am very disappointed with everything today. I watched the owner go from running cash register to walking in the kitchen and digging our spaghetti out with his bare hands. the curtains allowed us to see what was happening. No gloves. This is not acceptable even if you wash your hands. My dinner partner canceled her order and I kept my order to only get home to find out, it wasn't what I ordered. I’ve always loved the food served at Italian Express. It bothers me to post this, but it is what it is. We stopped in today for a late lunch. I ordered a petite spaghetti Mac. While waiting, my sister and I noticed, in the kitchen, the owner grabbing spaghetti with his bare hands! Do you not own tongs, or gloves? That’s nasty and unsanitary. I will not go back.
