Very confusing on which sandwich is yours. The lady came over and gave us food, then took it away again saying “you need to give that back it’s not yours” about three times. The sandwiches were good but it isn’t worth the money or the stress just for a $16 sandwich.

The sandwiches are good here but they can never seem to get a large drink even remotely full. Ordered 3 meals tonight and 2 were 3/4 full, the other was 1/2 full. We got them in a drink carrier and didn't notice until I was home.

I am a frequent customer and never had any complaints until today... I always get the same item... today my sandwich literally has 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese.. nothing else lol.. then I'm told it doesn't come with lettuce tomatoes and mayo but yet over the past 5 years it's always came out with toppings and sauce ...Plz do better

Last week, our coworker ordered us lunch on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday during our lunch break at 10:40am (first lunch teacher problems). We sat and typed up our order on Tuesday and after work, my coworker took up our paper with our exact orders on it to Jimmy John’s to pay and have delivered the next day. Our order was delivered later than expected and not with what we ordered. We didn’t get two drinks like our original order asked for, our subs didn’t have exactly what they were supposed to have (I.e. coworker asked for cucumbers and didn’t get any; I didn’t order cucumbers, but cucumbers were on my sub). When we informed our driver about it, he didn’t have any suggestions or apologies for the mess up and just handed us our food and left. We were very upset about this experience.
