The food here is always great! The staff are nice too, it can be a little hectic and chaotic in the restaurant, but that's typical. I've never had to wait for a table, and the staff are always available too!
The food quality is inconsistent. Depending on the night, sometimes the food will be mediocre, and sometimes it will be very very delicious.
Last week, steak was burnt, queso blanco had no flavor, pork was dry, and the salsa was watery.
Today, everything was absolutely perfect. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection.
If the consistency of the food could stay at the amazing quality I've seen many many times, I'd eat here...
