Was pure ridiculous. I ordered an online breakfast order this morning and showed up 3 mins after breakfast ended. (But I had already ordered online) and the lady at the microphone told me I needed to cancel my order and order something else because they couldn't do it.

It's McDonald's. Most things come on frozen, and they heat it up for you. We'll, sometimes. Once in a while it's still a little cool in the middle. When I think of McDonald's, I think of mostly high school kids making more money than they should for doing what they do. Most will not even smile and greet you.

This is the worst McDonald's ever this place has rude staff trashy bathroom and they never clean the indoor playground last time i went here there was a foot stoll in the bathroom and a clogged toilet with toilet paper all over the floor don't tell the staff bc they don't care and say it happens offen

Ordered daily double which comes with tomato didn't get tomato on it ordered fish filet and with the wait I had was sure it was because they were making it fresh nope it was hard and stale cold on the plus side my fries were hot for once

It was so busy which I can understand as a service worker that it's easier to make mistakes but when has there ever been cheese on a Mcchicken. I hate cheese and thats just disgusting I had to throw it away. Also when ordering inside make sure to hand out cups fro drinks especially if I paid for it why should I have to wait another 5 minutes after I get my food just to get a cup that I fill myself. Do better.
Always the same order night shift is always better than morning in my opinion. On food quality and having everything right.

Never have food ready, ALWAYS have cars pull forward even into a neighboring parking lot. Terrible management and owner! Other Mcdonalds know how to run the business. Breakfast this morning and 6 cars pulled forward …….

the service was eh, but it should not take 20 minutes to make one order. 4 different orders went out before mine and they ordered after i did. I don’t understand how a bunch of teenagers can make orders faster than adults and 18 year olds. It just baffles me beyond belief

if you order before 3pm your order is 100% correct. if you order any time after 3pm it's ALWAYS wrong, but at Keats your food, when correct, is freshly cooked!
