Never have food ready, ALWAYS have cars pull forward even into a neighboring parking lot. Terrible management and owner! Other Mcdonalds know how to run the business.

the service was eh, but it should not take 20 minutes to make one order. 4 different orders went out before mine and they ordered after i did. I don’t understand how a bunch of teenagers can make orders faster than adults and 18 year olds. It just baffles me beyond belief

if you order before 3pm your order is 100% correct. if you order any time after 3pm it's ALWAYS wrong, but at Keats your food, when correct, is freshly cooked!

There was a worker at my window when I orders and when I drove to the next window she opened the window and proceeded to make the vomiting sound. This encounter really makes me sad bc I love McDonald’s but i really don’t prefer to go there anymore or give my business to you at all. The workers name was Autumn. it’s just very disappointing you have staff like this.

In the last year our experience is that it's very rare that they get an order right and when you take it back to get the order corrected, they end up getting it wrong again somehow. If we order a Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon, sometimes we don't get the bacon, sometimes we don't get the second patty (it's a double after all), etc. This place is on our avoid list. We try it every now and again to see if things have changed, but it doesn't seem this is getting corrected any time soon.

Hair in food....!!!!!!!l that happened awhile ago. I tried again. This time I was up charged for large drinks of orange juice which I never asked for four of them...was charged an ex. 10 bucks to the meal anyhow without the ask. They just assumed and charged me. Seen me coming. But I won't be here ever again. Filthy, unorganized, and tricking consumers.

Wait times at curbside are ridiculous. Attitude of employees are terrible every time. Let's not forget the constant out-of-service soda machine, ice cream machine, the habitual incorrect/missing items, and items made wrong. This franchisee needs a new career.

I visit often, because of convenience of the app and it linked to Apple Pay. But I will say they have an about a 75% success rate on making sure we have the correct amount of food, the right drinks, and the customized stuff right. It’s mostly teenagers running things, and they have always been respectful. But I feel like there needs to be a bit more direction for them. I rarely eat in anymore bc the dine in area is full of disrespectful kids/teens that are loud and cuss and throw stuff on the floor. It’s happened more than once if I’ve ever went inside.

We ordered a plain double quarter pound with cheese. They didn't listen. It has everything. The fries were pale, looked like they were dipped once into the oil. I understand we ordered late. But it's still the fact that they could have cooked the fries longer and actually listened
