Chase and the rest of the crew are friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. An example of this is when I had a 30 minute lunch break at work across town and I ordered Carryout on accident when I meant to order Delivery. I didn’t realize I made that mistake so I called the store to see where my food was about 15 minutes into my lunch break. They explained to me that I had ordered Carryout and they were wondering where I was. I felt silly and said I was sorry and that I would order another one after work because it was my mistake (I had already paid on the app but I was willing to pay again later just to get a papadia 🤣). Chase went out of his way and sent a delivery driver immediately and they were at my workplace in 5 minutes tops with my food. The driver was polite and seemed happy to accommodate. He got a well deserved tip. Much appreciated! I had time to eat and get back to work and didn’t have to reorder and pay a second time later that day. Thanks guys.
P.S. If you haven’t tried a papadia, you haven’t lived.

Colton, the delivery man, was very nice and delivered my food and it was very good, this man deserves a promotion. Get this guy in Hell's Kitchen.
Pizzas are not getting cooked long enough. Too worried about getting it out quick. Last 2 times I ordered, cheese barely melted and middle of pizza soggy. Worst pizza in canton. Too bad, used to be the best. I’m done. Won’t be back
