Same here sat down got ignored didn't even get menus. In person kind of surprised to see so few people here and also not get waited on looks like a monocle is night. It's right down the street in case you need somewhere.

I tried to order the “deal” wing bundle online & then I called the canton Il Pizza Hut & tried to order the same “deal” listed on their website & the waitress said they do not have that “deal” . It’s clearly on the website & I showed it to her from my phone - still says we don’t have that. I got just a regular order of wings - no “deal” I won’t be back !

I ordered delivery and expected to have everything I ordered. They forgot my ranch and the wings were completely soggy. I tried to call and got absolutely no answer so I had to go to the store itself after paying for delivery, just to get my stuff fixed. We get there, it’s a little busy. Understandable if it takes a minute. It took almost 40 minutes to get a new set of wings and ranch. Everything else in my order was ruined by then. I asked if there was anything that could be done for it and the lady decided to argue instead of trying to fix it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Appetizer never came. Got our food cheese had brown chunks in it. Waitress never came back to table after we got our food no refills or anything no napkins. Had to get to go containers myself because the Waitress disappeared. Place was busy when Waitress were around they were just conversating about life not working poor experience. Does anyone like to work anymore can't get any tips like that.

The tavern pizza is like eating dry card board. Toppings aren’t very good either. Trash. Should’ve just gone to Monical’s for the price. Only plus the delivery driver was nice.

If I could give Pizza Hut less than a one I would. First they get rid of the salad bar and the creamy Italian dressing. Then you have to call some foreign country to try to order, and if you ask to talk to your local Pizza Hut they say they’re transferring and hang up on you. Pizza Hut stinks , I’ll NEVER order again. Going back to Monicals, at least they’re local and speak English and they don’t refuse your business. Totally ridiculous!!!

Our food came out barely warm. The fries that are usually delicious were cool. Waitress never came back to our table at all. No drink refills and even went to the register to get our check so we could leave.
