Multiple times we have come here and, while waiting for our food, have heard the employees loudly swearing and trashing their customers and calling them stupid and annoying for coming to the door instead of going through the drive thru. Their policy of locking the doors well before closing is not posted anywhere. They loudly complain to each other about customers doing things such as ordering multiple items or placing multiple orders. They’re just extremely rude for no reason.

Ate there today at 3:00 pm, got home and by 4:15 pm i was throwing up. Not sure if it was the beans on my order or what, but i will never eat there again. I had the nachos bellgrande meal. Hubby is not feeling too great either!

I stopped by here today to grab a quick lunch and ordered a combo through the drive-thru. However, the worker over the intercom informed me that their water pressure was low, and they couldn’t serve fountain drinks at that time. They offered me alternative drinks that didn’t require water pressure, but I wasn’t interested in those or the additional charge. I politely asked if I could simply exchange my drink for something else or receive a small discount for not being able to get the drink I wanted. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate my request. So, I decided to cancel my order. I understand that the water pressure issue might not be their fault, but I’m not willing to pay for something that’s unavailable or have to pay for an up-charged drink that I didn’t want.

All complete honesty I get taco bell often but I am about to loss my crap on the younger kids working night shift and by how they look alone I know my food’s going to be wrong. I get the crunch wrap supreme no tomatoes extra meat. Any other workers it’s great when the younger kids are working it like there nothing on it. Next time I’m going inside and flipping my lid. This has happened many times not even kidding. I hate ordering what I know fills me to get absolutely nothing compared to what I ordered and being starving cause stupid kids ain’t getting me what I ordered. Look at the picture I asked for EXTRA MEAT! Not a lettuce crunch wrap supreme.

Drive-thru worker kept cutting me off as ordering. Tacos were awful - all meat at 1 end and the rest at the other end. Very disappointed 😞

I got the cantina chicken bowl and they didn't add my beans or guacamole they size is also smaller and the fact that my rice was barely cooked was disgusting!!

I wish I could no stars. If you go in and make an order I. The lobby, they don’t make your food if drive thru is backed up. I waited 17 mins and requested a refund. A big behemoth of a woman was working drive-through and she came over to give me my refund and I told her how disappointed I was in their customer service. She decided she couldn’t handle me because I told her the way it was so if she had somebody else give me the Refund. this place is a joke.

The only 2 things that sucks is the parking ?. It really could be in a better spot. And being able to get in the drive-thru right off Locust St. It is for the birds. Totally recommend the Dorito tacos and a Crunchwrap. Beyond that, everything else is pretty chill.

Long hair in my food and they did nothing my friend and I were going in at least twice a week and I guess it doesn't bother them to lose regular clients in there at least twice a week
It would be nice if they would carry sweetener for people who are diabetic and cannot drink soda.

Night shift is the Z team. The food is cold, old and they ALWAYS forget something. I ordered the cantina taco meal and didn't get my chips and cheese. The chicken was literally hard to chew because it's old. The taco shell was stale, and all my tacos were crushed. Like it was on purpose.
The time before that they only filled half my steak quesadilla, and it was old meat again. I'm almost done coming here because the food at night is old, and the crew doesn't care.
The younger girl talks as fast as she can on the speaker, and doesn't listen. She forget items, and constantly asks VERY FAST after every single item, if you're done ordering.
Lastly, you cannot call this place, when you call it gives you a very loud beep and then hangs up. I don't know what's going on at night with this taco bell, but it is hands down the WORST taco bell I've gone to at night. Your night crew is the worst night crew I've seen.
09/21/24 edit: I went during the day time. This time every single table was dirty, covered in old food and spilled drinks. I was going to eat there, but had to go to the counter to tell them to change my order to go because every single table was dirty.
No one offered to clean a table, no one apologized, I just got awkward stares until I left. I'm done with the taco bell in Canton. I tried to give them another chance, but that's too many chances now.
