I can not wrap my head around this one?! HOW in the heck you can justify charging someone $2.59 for close to NOTHING?!? You can not truly believe $2.59 is a great price point for this? This was a forgotten item to our previous order—OUR MISTAKE FOR COMING HERE !! This is not the place to visit unless you like paying way more than what you receive back. My family and I chose to dine here two previous times, after tonight, we will not be returning.Each time the cost we pay for the quality we have received has been extremely poor.. We discussed going to McDonald’s for sundae’s or your place and our decision was CLEARLY A MISTAKE!! Your prices are far higher than other D.Q. in not to far proximity I.E.-Litchfield and Virden— We understand that you are a franchise and have the right to diversify your prices but usually when cost is significantly more it’s based on location i.e.- LA vs a town in a cornfield or quality of food and services go with the cost-As we both know in this case, this is a small town- Then the quality and service here are both not worth the inflated prices you have set.

The cook put a fingers and fries on the counter, mumbled the number and the older lady it belonged to didn't hear. Instead of repeating himself louder he just let the food sit there and get cold. No situational awareness nor personal responsibility. I had ordered my food, got it, ate it before the lady realized something was wrong. I told am employee. She was concerned but I left and don't know what happened after that.

Burgers were excellent looking and tasting. Service was good and atmosphere was ok. They have one of those fancy soda machines that has a huge selection of flavors.

It's Dairy Queen. The food is decent enough, although a little overpriced. This particular location appears to have been here since the 70s, with niot a lot of updates. But, again, it's Dairy Queen; you don't come here for a 5 star dining experience, you come here for a quick meal and a blizzard.
