Worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my life, we were in the drive thru for 48 minutes for a #9 , 1 McChicken, 1 McDouble and 1 Dr Pepper, the owner should have this franchise taken away from him and this is not the first time this has happened, not only for me but many others also.Then not even a sorry about the wait, a free drink or a discount for the next visit , what I saw tonight can’t be fixed, shut it down, U are disrespecting the name of McDonalds

The young lady who waited on me was very friendly. But the food was horrible. Fries were barely warm. The chicken nuggets are half the thickness as they used to be. And they were fried too long. Hard and horrible. I wont be eating there again. Prices go up but the quality has gone down.

This McDonald’s is definitely one of the worst. The customer service is awful. They’re incredibly rude & super snippy with everyone. They lie & say their ice cream machine is down constantly so they can close early. The food is wrong more than it is right. & we waited tonight in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just for a 6pc nugget, fry, & 2 snack wraps. I would drive farther or go across the street to DQ because they are always so nice & friendly.

Usually, I never have a problem with this McDonald's. But this morning, I went through the drive thru, and the guy in the pay window was very rude. He refused to say anything and didn't even tell me my order total. He glared at me and ripped my card out of my hand. He then crumpled my receipt before handing it to me. I was extremely nice to him throughout all of this and even told him to have a good day, and he still refused to acknowledge that I was even there. It's understandable to not like customer service, I have worked in fast food too. But it's not okay to make your customers have a bad experience just because you're having a bad day. Bad days happen, but that does not give you an excuse to treat other people like that.

Worst meal ever order 20 piece nugget fryes! Fryes cold chicken nuggets been sitting awhile. $15 to throw in trash! Plus had wait over 15 min! Nothing was fresh not even the sweat tea! Terrible

A McDonald's that could stand to be better and more frequently cleaned (but it's safe to eat there). Kind of below the national McDonald's standard.

Customer service took a big dive after the recent remodel. Staff cannot see anyone at the counter and doesn't pay attention. It's the new layout Corporate McDonald's wants. Old people don't use kiosk. Food was probably good when it was warm. Seriously bad but not as bad as Jerseyville. Congrats!
