I work for DCFS and conduct parent/child visits frequently at different restaurants and establishments in different cities regularly. This is definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve had to conduct a visit at. After ordering our food (dine in, table service, on the kiosk) I heard a staff calling my order number. I stayed seated because I must maintain visual contact with the children on the visit at all times. The children were seated eating their food already. Eventually Layla brought the food to me in a to go bag. She did not bring my drink only the food. I requested a tray to eat my food on and she ignored me. So I followed her back to the counter and said “excuse me”. She ignored me again. Finally Jeffery greeted me and provided me with the tray and I grabbed my drink from the counter. I noticed I was missing the sauce I requested and napkins so I had to go back up to the counter to get it. Every employee ignored me. Eventually someone greeted me and got me what I needed. The fries were cold and chicken nuggets were lukewarm. You’d think if they were that busy they’d at least have fresh hot food. Nope.Later during the visit the children’s mother went to the counter to order ice cream. She waited with the kids at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Multiple employees ignoring her. She finally said “excuse me” to Layla who turned around, looked at her, rolled her eyes, and then went back to bagging food. The mom made a comment to the kids about how rude Layla has been multiple times during the duration of our visit at this McDonald’s. Jeffery eventually came over and took the mom’s ice cream order. Jeffery was the only employee that was friendly and helpful . As someone who worked at McDonald’s in college I understand how at times things can get overwhelming. But customer service and basic kindness should NEVER lack. Layla doesn’t need to be working in customer service.The drive thru takes priority at this restaurant. The lobby was dirty for the 2 hours we were there, the kiosk numbers weren’t being utilized, and no one seemed to want to help any customers who came to the front counter. If they don’t have the staff to provide proper customer service to those dining in, close the lobby and focus on your drive times. Simple. I’m very patient and don’t mind waiting for things, but rudeness is something I cannot deal with. Especially being someone who has worked in fast food before and knows how things SHOULD be handled. Unfortunately due to my job I’m sure I’ll have to visit this location again. I’ll be reaching out to corporate/higher ups. Hopefully next time it’ll be a better experience.

It's McDonald's they can't get an order right to save their life. If you ask for extra anything on something your liable to get nothing at all most of the time, and they are the only McDonald's withing 100miles that refuses to carry the hot picante for their breakfast burritos that they now charge about 2.75 a piece for. Not even worth it anymore. Those burritos have about 30 cents worth of food in them

Service is almost always great; in the drive thru, they work wonders being fast. Food is as you'd expect, it's McDonald's.Edit 4 years later: This location has changed ownership a few times and now is pretty subpar to what it used to be. Still McDonald's, but drive thru is always missing part of my order. Going inside is a complete hassle depending on the day.

No exaggeration, it's at least 85 degrees in the lobby today. Unbearably hot. I've seen 3 people leave because of the lobby heat today.

Didn't eat, was forgotten about in drive through, waited 5 or more minutes, another car came to the other drive through slot and was waited on. I pulled out and went to Hardees. Don't believe I will ever be back to your McDonalds. This is the second time somerhing like this has happened to me.
