I ordered two whopper Jrs and a 4pc mozzarella stick. They forgot the mozzarella sticks. I literally asked for three things, and they couldn't get that right. I was charged for it, too. Didn't get a receipt, so I have no recourse. Fries were undercooked and cold. The level of service is seemingly declining at this location. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. THIS LOCATION FORGETS STUFF CONSTANTLY.

This place the lady be bogus in drive thru yea she Mexican but can she talk back in English ?? These people make you come in for uber n door dash deliveries but they can easily hand it to you in the window takes 30 seconds Then you come in for the order and they haven’t even started it there doing all the orders in drive thru first Slow people work here need retraining cause times have changed
Eduardo store manager is incredibly disrespectful to his employees but also to the customers.He is completely unprofessional he seems to make all of his female employees uncomfortable.The food always tastes like garbage.I can’t believe the owners of the location has not brought that to his attention.

Attention to the district managers of this location!! I have eaten at this location quite often and it has come to my attention that the store manager Eduardo gets uncomfortably close with the employees who are very clearly many years younger than him. Please do an intensive background check on him as this is something I cannot let go unnoticed.
