They're always not putting the ingredients that I ask for on my sandwich and when it's time for me to call them back to let them know they messed up my order the phone always gives me the busy signal

This place the lady be bogus in drive thru yea she Mexican but can she talk back in English ?? These people make you come in for uber n door dash deliveries but they can easily hand it to you in the window takes 30 seconds Then you come in for the order and they haven’t even started it there doing all the orders in drive thru first Slow people work here need retraining cause times have changed

Eduardo store manager is incredibly disrespectful to his employees but also to the customers.He is completely unprofessional he seems to make all of his female employees uncomfortable.The food always tastes like garbage.I can’t believe the owners of the location has not brought that to his attention.

Attention to the district managers of this location!! I have eaten at this location quite often and it has come to my attention that the store manager Eduardo gets uncomfortably close with the employees who are very clearly many years younger than him. Please do an intensive background check on him as this is something I cannot let go unnoticed.

Horrible experience, they got my entire order wrong, I had to go and return it twice and they still got super rude saying that we made a mistake and to top it all off, the food was very cold and old. I won't go again.

This Burger King (and honestly most in general) have a really hard time following their posted hours. This was understandable during the pandemic but now I am frequently finding BK’s closed a good hour or more before their closing time. It’s not wonder no one eats here anymore and they’re going out of business. It’s unfortunate because I have been a huge fan of BK for 20+ years but with business ethics like this they can no longer endure.
Was jus there went to drive thru and ordered whopper meal no cheese and no onion.i pay 11 bucks for the meal jus to get home and it's got cheese and onion on it.cant call the store cuz it automatically hangs up.horrible store

Did a mobile pick up order. Get to the window was given a drink no straw and then after a minute told the pull around by front door. There was even almost 5 minutes of wait time after placing that mobile order. Order placed 10:55. Received 10 minutes later. Then no straw in bag either with 2 napkins only..greasy from laying on onion rings.
