The WORST most ignorant employees ever! Went to pick up an order that I placed through Door Dash for pick up, and they didn't want to give me the food because I didn't work for Door Dash! Even after showing them all the confirmation texts, they still argued with me! Then when I went to grab a spoon, they yelled at me that I couldn't because that wasn't part of the Door Dash order! By the time I got eat my ice cream after all the arguing, it was practically melted. HORRIBLE customer service!!

Cashier girl was on phone with airpods in her ears while taking the order. I ordered Chocolate Extreme with NO BROWNIES. Had to drive back from home back to store as it was full of brownies. She refused to accept she made a mistake again while talking on the phone at same time. Goes on to blame me that that is how you ordered it. Other customer next to me also had his order messed up by the same cashier and server. REFUSED to process a refund or correct the order. Not visiting this store again

Saw the price of what I ordered and tapped my credit card. No tip screen. Got emailed receipt and tip was added without my consent. I can’t fight a chargeback for 1.62 so now I have to deal with it and not go back. I recommend you check what you have been billed via email afterwards.

This location is tucked off the road in a strip mall. Not very clean. Ask for a cup of water and it will taste like it came out of a garden hose.

I came to this location by mistake when my car GPS directed us here rather than our usual DQ, but it was great to find this DQ in Carol Stream close to one of our dog's favorite dog parks (Hawk Hollow). The service was great and we were pleased to hear about the DQ pup cups that include milk bones and vanilla ice cream. Our dog loved the pup cup, especially on such a hot day. I tried the new Oreo Fudge Brownie blizzard which was amazing. We will definitely be back!

I went in to get an ice cream cone and there was this old man he had a bunch of hair on his arm which he probably needs to get waxed. It took so long for them to make an ice cream cone. He didn't wear any gloves he just put his hands inside this cup with water and proceeded to make my order. This is absolutely disgusting. I later on found hair inside my ice cream cone which probably came from his hairy arm. He really needs to wax or shave it. He was also being really ignorant and awful with service. I would not recommend this location and if you see the old man tell him he needs to wax.

This is not your friendly neighborhood DQ. 1st time we went staff didn’t even know how to make a cone. Purchased big cone and got a flat lopsided blob.
Last week my kid wanted an ice cream cake since they saw a coupon in the mail. $3.00 off a cake it wasn’t anyone’s birthday so we wanted a small and the guy who is probably the owner tells my kid who presented them with cake and coupon that it’s not valid for small he had to buy the $36.00 cake. 3 dollars is $3.00 nobody does here anyways and that small cake we were going to buy will probably get thrown out anyways .
We prefer the Bartlett location but love closer to this one . Like how the fk do you say no to a kid over $3.00 when we didn’t need a big $30 cake . This place needs to go and the smell is god awful in there strong mop water and li e sol.
