The GM Urman was outstanding and was able to accommodate a TRUE VEGAN family member. No wonder why Dominos is the #1 Pizza chain on the globe

I placed an order at 10pm and received confirmation at 10:07 that the “manager” Alyssa began to prep it. Imagine my surprise when 10:30 rolls around and there is no update. I call the store on 3 separate occasions and am on hold (total) for almost 40 mins. No answer —- At this point it’s already after 11:30 and my husband arrives at this location and the inept “manager” very childishly hides in the back and motions to my husband that they’re closed, to which he responds my order was placed over an hour ago and she said “well we don’t have any orders and we’re closed.” not only did she blatantly lie to my husbands face (when I have the email confirmation and a screenshot showing that ordered had said it was being prepared at 11:25) but she was all ready to leave and pretend i hadn’t placed my order almost 2 hours prior. 0 out of 5 stars for this location and their childish manager. She didn’t even offer my husband a refund or anything. She just played dumb.

This location is extremely poorly managed. I was told the estimated wait time would be 19–29 minutes, but after 35 minutes they told me it would be another 15. When I complained, the response was basically, “That’s everybody, not just you,” with no effort to make things right while I waited.

While sitting there, I overheard a phone call from a customer complaining their pizza had been delivered with no cheese at all. That says a lot about quality control here. Slow, careless, and dismissive. Never again. As I’m typing this it’s been more than 15 mins….

The wings were a bit too acidic and the price for just 8 wings was literally $15. RIDICULOUS! If you want to get wings, do not get from here. Not worth your $$

Ordered curbside 2x in the past week. First time had to go in was told we don't go outside qhen its raining. Glad your not the postal service. 2nd time I went in kid was working alone working on orders. Kid was aline first.time also. Het these kids some help. And dont offer curbside if your not gonna follow up on it.

Worst Domino's ever, and unfortunately it's the Domino's that delivers to me. They always bring a burnt, dried up pizza and they like to put my order in with five other people's orders for one driver so it takes them over an hour to get to me. One of the main reasons to order from them is the speed of delivery. I can get pizza from a good pizza place in less than an hour. Never again with this terrible location.
