Quick and friendly service!
I just ordered coffee and a donut for my overnight shift. This man wiped his mouth with a napkin and put it in the bag with my donut. The was so nasty.

This has to be by far the worst location I have ever gone to. They hung up on me twice, while I was trying to process my order. They are extremely unprofessional.
I experienced extremely rude customer service through the drive through. Food was fine, but I was given attitude after asking for the missed item in my order. I thanked the lady for my completed order and she made a sour face at me and closed the window without a verbal response.

honestly it’s hard to order here because they talk over you so much by trying to guess what you want just to get you through the drivethru quicker, then they got my order wrong, they also don’t put the receipt sticker on the bag so i couldn’t check that it was me who missed the order, after all that they just rushed me out the drive way instead of giving me my actual order as if there was a line behind me but there was no other cars in the drive thru. If i say i am missing a coffee why not just charge me and make another coffee instead of saying you gave me everything i ordered…these duncan’s are starting to care less and less about providing with actual edible food too. the bagels will be insanely hard w barely any cream cheese , hash browns tasting of old oil… and the coffee? somehow always watered down bitter and 9/10 missing something that was supposed to be put in it.
