Worse customer services . I am standing in front of the cashier and 3 employees pass in front of me. Saying nothing. One of them said I am busy wait. It has been 6 minutes. It is 11 am on 11/13/2025 just in case a manager wants to check my issue via his/ her cameras.

Went inside to place and order and was ignored by 6 employees. 3 of them were standing around laughing and joking without even greeting a waiting customer. I waited for 3 minutes while being ignored before turning around and walking out. I wonder how much business this location loses just based on interactions like this? This was 11am on a Saturday not exactly prime rush either.

Took away some donuts from this place, while some were fresh; most were atleast 4-5 days old (hard & frosting melted). The Indian bros running the joint are literally recycling everything back to paying customers instead of throwing stale food away. Worse is that Dunkin has turned a blind eye & is complacent. Save your money folks - grab the dozen donuts from Walmart or Jewel at 3rd of the price - they will still be fresh.

This is my hidden happy place!! This location is the BEST Dunkin' I have ever been to. The staff that work here are the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin'. They always act happy to see me, are jovial and happy at the drive thru, and my order is ALWAYS correct and tastes delicious (both drinks and food!). It's a hidden gem and they deserve recognition. Whoever owns this franchise, your staff is fantastic and I look forward to my trips here!!

I honestly see why fast food workers get their asses beat on a daily and things thrown at them. Literally.
I am going to stop at this Dunkin' more often. I ordered a $6 meal. The coffee was made perfectly, the croissant sandwich wasn't burnt and the hash browns were so crispy. Definitely going to be my go-to Dunkin when I'm in the area.

They weren’t able to fulfill the correct order. We had to substitute our drink . I’ve gotten many shaken espressos and this by far is the only time I’ve gotten it messed up. It tastes like nothing like it should. Just all Oatmilk. No coffee flavor at all. Wasted my money at this place. Not coming back here with so many other Dublin locations nearby
