Terrible experience today. I clearly placed my order at the drive-thru, but had to repeat myself 3 times before he got it. I pulled up to the window and after they gave me my food, I noticed the cream cheese was missing. Through the window, the man was arguing with me that I didn’t order cream cheese, but I did and repeated myself multiple times. Teach your workers to have common courtesy OR this man should NOT be taking orders. I will never return to this DD. Poor service and mediocre food/drinks.

They never have anything that other Dunkin’ Donuts have or skimp on it. Rip off plus the staff will laugh at you in your face if you ask them for the correct order or pretend they don’t speak English or understand you. Bizarre , don’t waste your money.

I went to breakfast here with my family. After we ate I went up to the two ladies at the counter to ask if they were hiring. I assumed they were the managers but obviously not as they called the manager and while I stood there waiting for him the stated whispering to each other and looked at me and started laughing. I found that so disrespectful and rude. I didn’t catch their names but one of them took my order and the other one would always be talking to her. I will definitely not be coming back. If you guys want dunkin in this area avoid this one and go to the one down the street at the corner of army trail and county farm next to the casey’s.

Honestly the best Dunkin I’ve been to. I live close by so we come here often. Employees are super friendly/professional and always working hard. Coffee is always made perfect and the food is consistently better than other Dunkin’s.
