Honestly the best Dunkin I’ve been to. I live close by so we come here often. Employees are super friendly/professional and always working hard. Coffee is always made perfect and the food is consistently better than other Dunkin’s.

#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and...

I am writing this review knowing that the pandemic has taken a hard toll on the restaurant business. Staffing issues, ingredient issues... I know a lot of things are out of their control. But it seems in general over the last few months quality has gone down quite a bit. We typically order the same exactly thing (frozen coffees all around) and you never know if you are going to get a frozen coffee with no milk (super strong coffee syrup is not good) or if it will have the right...
