This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location! Always can rely on the crew for friendly service and an excellent sandwich! I usually get a #7 or #13 Mini Mike deal, and have never had a negative experience here.

I stopped in today 11/15/2024 @ approximately 2:30pm to purchase my usual number 13, which is the Italian sandwich. There were two customers ahead of me and someone was filling carry outs. When the young lady finish with the other customers, she never acknowledged me. She turned around and got busy with something else. gentleman came out he greeted me and he was very polite, she never acknowledged me at all. After he took my order and cut the bread, she placed the ingredients on there however, prior to prepared my sandwich there were two pieces of bread that’s on top. Man grabbed the piece of bread. She told him that piece so I looked at it and that piece had some bread cut out from when she got to me. She was OK with putting that piece on top of my bread, I should’ve left the sandwich because it wasn’t enough for the customer ahead of me, but it was good enough for me so for that reason I didn’t even tip I always leave tips and I always shop at this particular one so I did not like the way I was treated and it was very obvious what she was doing, but the two guys in the store they were both very polite. She was not. She never acknowledge me talking about. If she doesn’t want to work with the public, she just have certain people she want to serve then she’s in the wrong business.

Placed an order online today and paid for extra meat. Went in to each my sandwich and not only was there no extra meat, there was significantly less meat than what comes standard. I've seen workers weighing the sandwiches at other stores, they must not be doing that. I tried to call them but no answer...$21 of bread and lettuce...

Jamario is an exceptional employee who definitely deserves a raise! He literally brings the vibe at Jersey Mikes, he’s the only reason I come back.Ryan on the other hand was obsessed with “rosemary parm”. I appreciate you Ryan but move forward bro.10/10 Jamario, I appreciate you man!

Stay away from this Jersey Mikes. After a bad experience last year I decided to give it one more try. I placed my order online and of course paid for it. I arrived at the store at the time it was to be ready. It was not ready on time, the staff was working in a previous order - ok I get it. As they started to work on my order 2 kids came in placed their order. The staff stopped my order and began working on the order that should have been after me. When I objected to this, told me how rude I was and couldn’t I see they were understaffed. In what world of Custer service did their actions make sense. I will NEVER go back to this place again and might even stay away from Jersey Mikes completely

I had to keep reminding them about one of the sandwiches without cheese, and they put it on there anyway. I had 3 gift cards, and the cashier tried to say one of them didn't work, which I knew was a lie. He even admit he accidentally mixed them up, so I got screwed out of one $10 gift card. He threw the gift cards out without asking if I wanted them back. A young lady who just came in seemed like she already had an attitude and just put whatever she wanted for toppings on the sandwiches. I had to ask the guy wrapping them to put the toppings my kids wanted. Messy service, and I won't be back.
