No line when coming in. Employees fixing sandwiches unfortunately looked like they didn't want to be there. I've never eaten at any Jimmy John's before so I don't know how the ordering process goes. But the cashier just takes your order without asking any questions etc. I'm used to other sandwich places allowing you to select the ingredients in the sandwich. But when I asked the guys making the sandwiches for Jalapeños or Pepperoncinis, the reaction was seemingly apprehensive or resistant with barely any response. I got my sandwich with a few Jalapeños, reason for 2 star. But overall experience was just awkward unfortunately.

I know we get many delivery drivers at our School but At Roy DeShane when we get Juan he is so efficient and nice. Always a smile on his face. He looks like he loves his job. Thank you Juan!

Not sure why it only has a 3 star rating. The two younger people working on Sunday 11/10 were very nice and made the sandwiches perfectly and Freaky fast. Place was clean and food tasted great.

Just giving a 5 star review because it doesn’t deserve the rating it currently has. Been there 5 or 6 times and each time I had a good experience and the food was good
OMG! I needed a magnifying glass to see the "meats" on my subs. How sad that things change for the worse everyday! Costs more but you get less. It would have been cheaper to buy a loaf of French Bread cause that is all you get here is the bread and shredded lettuce. Good-bye to this establishment!

I order a Turkey Tom with Turkey,Lettuce and Tomato, they put 3 tiny tomato slices and a few pieces of Turkey with a little bit of Lettuce. The sandwich was basically just bread I didn’t even bother to eat it. I was disappointed but not that surprised since this has happened before.

Place is always dirty. There's always these annoying kids about ten deep, standing by the drink machine and running around in the parking lot. The store does nothing about it. They always get my order wrong as well. I recently ordered a cubano, and there was no bacon on it. When I walked in, the employees didn't acknowledge me. I didn't see my order up, so I sat there and waited for 25 minutes. I finally asked them if they had my order, and they just snapped at me saying "yea why?" I told them I had been waiting for a long time already, and they just said that they were actively making it. It's bad enough that I have to wait forever and deal with your poor attitude and the nasty environment. At the very least, you could get my order right
