About 3 years back, this location was horrible. Worst service I've ever had. New management must have come in about 2 years ago. Big turnaround. Sadly, they've been back tracking on their service. Clueless employees, tons of mistakes with orders, and common orders taking forever. I really hope things start to turn around.

Didnt check my food till I got home and they gave me the wrong order so I had to go back after trying to call and they did not answer the phone. Was told it would be 5 mins and I was waiting 15 witch isn't a big deal , im fine with waiting but got my food and they still missed most my biscuits . And the staff was rude and unprofessional. I work in food service so I know mistakes happen but at least you can do is make it right ! Worst customer service I've experienced..

KFC use to be very good chicken, it's very bad, its too greasy even the extra crispy is too greasy. The mash potatoes and gravy I have no complaints, the coleslaw slaw is still delicious. It's the chicken only.

We went through the drive through. Ordered 12 BBQ wings they were not like they used to be, they were dry and awful. We also ordered 2 regular brest and they were awful also.

Shorted me a tender. I didn't say anything. You could tell the fryer had old grease in it. Food was dark and you could taste it. I used to work at a KFC. If you let it get old the quality of the food suffers. Plus it makes it greasy.
