Like do they not have a cook? They also had no problem ignoring me for 40 minutes while I stood waiting for someone to take my order. They stood around having conversations and wasting time. The people could care less about anyone else but themselves. They're extremely lazy and bums, if I were the store manager half of them would be fired. I would never run a restaurant with such incompetent people.

Compared to Japanese KFC it is night and day, over there the food is better, the service is spectacular and the restaurants are not just clean but sparkling.
Here however the food is disgusting, the service is terrible (waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive-thru before they asked for my order) and the cleanliness is terrible. But worst of all everything is nearly twice the price or even three times the price as a KFC in the heart of the largest city on earth.
There are no excuses for this, if the management of KFC cannot solve these issues the company will cease to exist within this country.

It's been a long time since I went to KFC and was looking forward to it. I was so disappointed in the chicken tenders box I received. The tenders were about as big as my thumb! They were not much bigger than mozzarella sticks. I'm not exaggerating. And the sides were in a tiny container that was like a childs portion. What a joke, ripoff and a total waste of money. Never again will they get my money. Pound it, KFC! After that waste of my money, you deserve less than zero stars.

I see my experience matches many of the reviews! I Was in the area for a meeting! Ordered the $20 meal & 2 extra pieces of chicken original. When got back 2 eat noticed chicken was dried as if sat in the warmer for a long time! The sides ice never seen sides that small, at any other KFC 2 spoon fulls an gone. They never gave me the 2 other pieces I paid for. I called they say the manager stepped out took my number and he would call me when got back. 24hrs later still waiting! Very Dissatisfied & disappointed with KFC!

KFC has an App. I haven't navigated it well ,the service is pretty good, the place is clean for dining in. They periodically have coupons , I safe $ 2.00 to $4,00 , depending on orders . Love the "Pot Pie" .

Ordered from the app. None of the 4 sauces were included. One spork was the only utensil. Chicken had sat under a heat lamp forever and the chicken was dry and meant for a dog to eat. I will not go back. It tasted like an entire container of pepper was dumped in the gravy for the mashed potatoes. Inedible.

I have ordered from them a couple times and every single time they always seem to forget SOMETHING in my order. Today I decided to try the 4 pcs apple pie poppers with my meal, but when I got my food they weren't even there with the order. I paid for items but yet for whatever reason I never get them, and this is becoming incredibly frustrating. They also never give me the sauces that I ask for and only ever give me a bunch of ketchup packets. Seriously disappointing.

Ordered extra crispy 8 pieces. When I got home about 10 minutes later the chicken was not crispy BUT soggy and bland.They were not busy and I had to wait several minutes for tasteless chicken. Go to Wal-Mart for better chicken
