Genuinely amazing pastries & drinks, I’ve visited Lasa Cafe twice, and on the first visit I got a bit carried away and got one of each pastry I saw, unfortunately no pictures from that occasion!
I’ve tried their Pan De Sal, Ube Cheese Pan De Sal, Spanish Bread, Asado & Corned Beef rolls, Ensaimada, Ube Panna Cotta, and then of course the Bibingka & Bibingkinitan. Everything was delicious and unfamiliar to me, all flavors of the Bibingkinitan were terrific, which included, Ube, Pandann, Banana & Salted Egg.
Not only was I surprised by the quality and flavor profiles of the pastries, but the drinks caught my eye too. On the first visit, I had the Ube Matcha iced latte— the matcha was very traditional and high quality tasting, then the subtle sweetness and nuttiness of the ube complimented it just right.
The second drink I’ve tried was the Saba Con Yelo, a delicious blended banana drink that had some sort of tiny pearls inside and almost a flan-like custard on top. Definitely getting it again.
This is a great Filipino cafe to get into if unfamiliar with that cuisine of food/desserts like myself. The workers themselves are very nice and greeted me upon entering and exiting, patient and helpful when asked various different questions.
I highly recommend anyone to come here!
Bought a good amount of goodies from this place. I tried the Ube Pan De Sal which was really awesome, not too sweet which was perfect for my taste. Also, the iced matcha drinks were all so yummy, my kids loved it. And, their assortment of desserts were all just a delight. Super awesome with a phenomenal atmosphere, simple and pleasant. Wonderful place to grab a bite and hang out with friends. I definitely 100 percent recommend.
The empanada is the best! Everything is high quality and authentic.
Love their ube matcha latte and their bibingkinitan with salted egg on top
yummy 🤤🤤🤤 Highly recommended 👍
Sarap and Fresh. Can't wait to attend more Manila car meet ups!
I love supporting small businesses but, customer service needs improvement here. Drove 20 minutes here & was not acknowledged when trying to order while there were 4 people working behind the counter.
Love this cafe and their friendly staff! They have amazing fresh Spanish bread and delicious matchas! :)
Such a cute little place. We went for the tea service. The food was amazing and so was the tea. It was an amazing tour of bread, savory and sweet dishes. So glad that my sister brought me here - just an incredible experience, and we will definitely be back!
First time going here and I highly recommend trying there items. The Spanish bread and there mini filipino cake dessert are amazing. The ambiance is very peaceful to get hangout and chill
I stop here almost every week. :)💗 The bakery items are delicious, I love trying new ones. Everything always tastes fresh :) the lattes taste so good. The Manila latte is my favorite. The service is always friendly. Also, the prices are absolutely amazing for the quality you get. I also love the atmosphere inside! :) have no complaints and I'm so glad this place opened up so close to home!

honestly, i had high hopes for this cafe as filipino cafes are not common from where i live. when my siblings and i walked in, the atmosphere and the environment were cozy and chill vibes, so i was already liking it. the drinks were amazing too- i had ordered an iced ube latte and i received it minutes after.
however, we waited for the food for way too long while other customers received their's even though they ordered after us. it got to a point when my sister went up to the barista and told her about our food, and when the barista went to the kitchen, she and her coworker began laughing obnoxiously loud- my siblings and i could hear them from the lounge area. i assume they laughed out of embarrassment, but it was still disrespectful. once they came out with our bakery goods, our food was cold, so they didn't take the time to warm up our goods either, so we couldn't enjoy them on the spot.
overall, the experience wasn't amazing due to the unprofessional staff which is disappointing considering the drinks and the atmosphere were great.
Drinks were really good but they just had to forget the food we ordered and even heard them laughing in the back and gave us cold food. It was really disappointing 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
UBE pandesal is great !! Tried the Spanish bread too and it was delicious.
Great service! Great pricing !
I just wish you guys were open a little earlier for breakfast breads. Overall 5/5 regardless .
Tried the new bakery from the owners of Hong Ning. Loved the pandesal and ube lattes.
The classic bibingka was delicious! We also had a couple Manila Lattes (luv that name) - so good. I bought a beautiful capiz ornament too. We had a bday dinner next door at Hong Ning then had to stop in Lasa because we wanted to experience the atmosphere - it's decor is lovely, Xmas tree is beautiful. The people were so nice at the counter too. We live a couple hours away but hope to be back again for Filipino Cafe items. Love!!
