Wife & I went here and had their iced ube latte, Ube matcha latte, and ube macapuno bibingka. Absolutely phenomenal. The aesthetics in here are on-point as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Hong Ning was highly recommended by a family friend who knew the owner so we took a 45 min drive , Hong Ning staff highly recommended this place so we had high expectations. The place was quite small but they made good use of their space. There was a lot of people and everyone was asking where the line was. The staff made ZERO efforts to respond, they just took the orders and hardly looked at the faces of the people in front of them. ZERO smiles or acknowledgement, it would be better to put a huge tablet where we punch in our orders rather than have a poker faced staff in front of you. The ambiance of the place was great, very cozy , friendly, total opposite of the employees. This could easily be a 5 star rating , but the lack of humanity is a heart breaking spoiler. I get 4 times better service with any burger king or dunking donuts. It would be a good idea to put some guide ropes or at least sign where people can line up, since the staff wont respond to several clients asking where to line up. Clients are asking because they want to have a system of getting their food, it was such a dismay to see so many respectable clients ask so many times and get ignored 100% of the time. My daughter and GF ordered different items and drinks, i was too disappointed to even order anything. Did I taste any of the food they ordered? No! Did they like the food they ordered ? Definitely yes! Did they like the experience ? 👎 NO! Will i recommend this place to my friends? Of course not, I am often asked about great places to enjoy good food. This is a place you can get good food but not a place you can enjoy. Hopefully they can improve

We ordered the mais con yelo, halo-halo, and strawberry matcha and were disappointed with the taste. The mais con yelo and halo-halo were bitter with a hint of burnt caramel taste. My wife’s strawberry matcha was alright. My mother-in-law also mentioned that the ube in her halo-halo tastes old.

My first time here. I had the chicken empanada and 2 of the corned beef roll and a large ube matcha latte. I asked them warm of these items for me since I was here during my lunch time. And the lady was so nice and was more than happy to heat them up. The empanada was the most perfect empanada I’ve had in a long time. The crust was o flaky and buttery! The corned beef roll was perfect, just enough filling. And of course the ube matcha latte was perfect. Ambiance is great! I highly recommend LASA! ❤️

Flavorful, quality matcha and beautifully strong coffee. Polite service but a little slow with the drinks. The ube cheese bun was fluffy and delicious, the asado roll was unlike the traditional type.
Service here is amazing, the girl who made my ube matcha made it perfectly when I requested it to be less sweet. My husband and I also really enjoyed the ube pandesal. I can’t wait to try their other makes!!!

Genuinely amazing pastries & drinks, I’ve visited Lasa Cafe twice, and on the first visit I got a bit carried away and got one of each pastry I saw, unfortunately no pictures from that occasion!
I’ve tried their Pan De Sal, Ube Cheese Pan De Sal, Spanish Bread, Asado & Corned Beef rolls, Ensaimada, Ube Panna Cotta, and then of course the Bibingka & Bibingkinitan. Everything was delicious and unfamiliar to me, all flavors of the Bibingkinitan were terrific, which included, Ube, Pandann, Banana & Salted Egg.
Not only was I surprised by the quality and flavor profiles of the pastries, but the drinks caught my eye too. On the first visit, I had the Ube Matcha iced latte— the matcha was very traditional and high quality tasting, then the subtle sweetness and nuttiness of the ube complimented it just right. The second drink I’ve tried was the Saba Con Yelo, a delicious blended banana drink that had some sort of tiny pearls inside and almost a flan-like custard on top. Definitely getting it again.
This is a great Filipino cafe to get into if unfamiliar with that cuisine of food/desserts like myself. The workers themselves are very nice and greeted me upon entering and exiting, patient and helpful when asked various different questions.
I highly recommend anyone to come here!

Bought a good amount of goodies from this place. I tried the Ube Pan De Sal which was really awesome, not too sweet which was perfect for my taste. Also, the iced matcha drinks were all so yummy, my kids loved it. And, their assortment of desserts were all just a delight. Super awesome with a phenomenal atmosphere, simple and pleasant. Wonderful place to grab a bite and hang out with friends. I definitely 100 percent recommend.
