I placed an order (yesterday) for delivery a day in advance to make sure I could get what I needed for a holiday party (today), and then just before the delivery, I get a message that my order was cancelled! And it looks like it was likely because they didn't want to honor a BOGO deal, because when I looked at the ordering form afterward it was no longer an option. Boo. Placed a new order because my kids really wanted a heart shaped pizza, and got an additional small pizza WHICH WAS VERY SMALL- The small is more like a ‘personal’ sized pizza.

Moved recently and this is now the closest Lou's. Sooo much better than the Bloomingdale location. Crust was great, and honestly, the whole reason for the review. Haven't had a good pizza in a while. Highly suggest the thin crust triple pep.

I ordered carryout from this location for the first time last night, and I can honestly say in all my years as a native Chicagolander, I’ve never been served a pizza (deep-dish or otherwise) that looked like this. Half the sauce was missing from the edge - this was not the result of how we transported the pizza, because the other deep dish pizza didn’t look like this at all. Someone genuinely thought that this was acceptable to serve to a customer, and that maybe we wouldn’t notice?
Either way, I was really bummed out. I live outside of the state now, but every year, I come back home for the holidays and look forward to eating some deep dish so much. This was truly such a disappointment :( Not sure if I’ll ever be ordering from Lou’s again - I have noticed the quality has gone down in recent years, but I was willing to give them another shot. Guess I’ll be ordering from Gino’s or Giordani’s next time.

First and last time i order from this location.I have ordered through work from the Elk Grove location and i fell in love.So i convince my family to try the one closer to home in Carol Stream.Well i am stuck with a $33 dollar pizza that was so salty that no one will eat.Also ordered the Penne pasta.Those noodles did not have an ounce of sauce.I am beyond dissapointed this location sucks!I

I've been a customer since the 70's. Elk Grove & Schaumburg were amazing restaurants! 50 years later, its still my favorite pizza. Now I live 2 hours away but still grab a pizza from the Carol Stream location when im in town visiting family. No complaints, never had a bad experience, best pizza on the planet!
